Summer couldn't believe how fast time has passed. She had the Danger Room set up to resemble the coast of New Zealand. It was her third favorite place to surf, behind Hawaii and Australia.

"Today is our last class together," Summer began, once her students had settled in next to their boards. "It's been a lot of fun getting to spend time with you all and giving you a bit of knowledge and techniques on one of my favorite outdoor sports."

She grinned, sitting back on her board.

"I thought we could spend the last class practicing our moves and just have fun in the water. I hope you all have had as much a blast as me."

The class was once again in the Danger Room. Only this time when they got there, they didn't have Summer -- they had Elle, looking slightly disgruntled. Because really. Elle, water, not with the mixing.

"Okay, everyone," she said once everybody had assembled. "Today we're in sunny sunny Bali." She couldn't remember if they'd been there already and she'd been unable to find her copy of the class paperwork with the list of every beach they'd be doing, so she'd picked something at random. Oh, well.

"We were supposed to be learning some new moves, but since it's just me today... go practice what you already know," Elle said. "Or try to experiment, but stay safe."

Summer was feeling under the weather today much like her mun, so she sent out a handwaved e-mail to her students, letting them know to meet in the classroom.

She had the DVD player set up and ready to go, with some moddable drinks and snacks set out to munch on. Instead of desks, she had various pillows and cushions on the floor.

"Today, I thought we could spend our time watching a film, detailing the history of surfing -- how it all began. Feel free to grab some snacks, get comfy and enjoy the movie. If you have any questions, I'm here to answer them."

The students would find themselves on a desert island, surrounded by a clear blue ocean, the surf mild. Summer was already in the water, sitting on her board.

"I thought today, we could just spend the period practicing techniques and just getting used to using your boards in the water. If you want to learn something more or have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them for you."

Today, the Danger Shop was set up to resemble the surf and beaches of Hawaii. It was one of Summer's favorite places to surf. The surf was fairly calm, with just a slight ripple of waves now and then.

"I decided to have the Danger Shop display one of my favorite places to surf - the coast of Hawaii. No matter what time of day, or year, you are sure to find good conditions to surf in. I thought we could get back in the water and get used to the boards. I'll show you some basic techniques to balance on the boards and you can practice that for as long or as little as you like. And, as always, if you have any questions, I'm here to answer them."

When the students entered the Danger Shop, they'd find themselves surrounded by a white sandy beach and a calm surf. There were surfboards of varying sizes propped up in the front of the room, where Summer happened to be standing.

"Welcome to Surf's Up," she began, once everyone had arrived. "I'm your teacher, Summer Pitt. You can call me Summer or Miss Pitt, if you prefer. I'm good with either one," she added, smiling.

"Since today's the first class, I thought we could start with introductions and what experience, if any, you've had with surfing. Then we'll pair you up with the right size board in preparation for next week's class and hit the water. If there's anything you'd like to know about the sport, feel free to ask me. We're here to learn how to surf, a little bit about the history of the sport and most of all, to have fun. It is summer, after all."

Summer smiled. "Also, Elle Bishop is going to be my TA for this class. Should I find myself unable to conduct class, she'll take over for me, that way we don't miss out on any exciting lessons or excursions."

For today's class, Summer had set up the Danger Shop to mirror the coast of Australia. Next to Hawaii, it was her favorite spot to surf.

"I wanted to apologize for handwavily canceling class last week. I had a family emergency but everything's okay now." Sometimes, things happened. "Today, I thought we'd try our hand at the Australian surf. Some of the biggest waves sought by surfers are found in Australia, which is why I thought it'd be fun to try them out."

Summer smiled. "I thought I'd share a surfing trick with you that you can try out in the water. It's known as a floater," she added and continued on to explain how the trick worked.

"Feel free to try that out or any other moves you might've wanted to try before now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Have fun!"

Summer had the Danger Shop set up with a calm surf, bright sun and a warm breeze for the day's lesson. She figured it was just the right mixture to combat the dismal (and somewhat random) weather they'd been having.

Summer had set up an old projector on the beach, a large screen in front of it. "I thought we could watch a quick film about the history of surfing and then get in the water and test out our boards some more."

Summer had set up the Danger Shop once more, to resemble a beach and surf much like those of Ancient Egypt.

"I thought I'd change it up a little, since the island decided to fit us with new surroundings. I thought it would be easier to experience that in here, instead of trying our hand out there and startling the ancient Egyptians."

That might have been quite a sight.

"Today, I thought we could get back in the water and get used to the boards. I'll show you some basic techniques to balance on the boards and you can practice that for as long or as little as you like. And, as always, if you have any questions, I'm here to answer them."
