Surf's Up, Wednesday, Period 3

Summer had the Danger Shop set up with a calm surf, bright sun and a warm breeze for the day's lesson. She figured it was just the right mixture to combat the dismal (and somewhat random) weather they'd been having.

Summer had set up an old projector on the beach, a large screen in front of it. "I thought we could watch a quick film about the history of surfing and then get in the water and test out our boards some more."

Even if Percy would have preferred to be out on the water, he couldn't really complain about a movie day. It meant relaxation and laziness were allowed in class today.

Luke was gonna take advantage of being on the beach during movie day by trying to catch up on some sleep. No offense to the surfing, but he liked sleep better.
