heromaniac: (Momo's got a gun)

Momoko had made the trek back to the school and was currently in the range staring at the gun in front of her.

Her gun.

She sighed for what was probably the fourth time since she'd come in the door, but this time it had an edge of determination behind it. She reached for the box of ammunition she'd gotten from Mayor Cable and loaded up, then pulled down her goggles and took aim. Triela gave her the gun for a reason, and even if she never understood what that reason was, Momoko was at least going to master using the weapon.

It would be tricky once she got back home to Japan, but while she could... She emptied her clip and lifted her goggles to check her results. Aww. Triela would totally raise an un-amused eyebrow at that grouping. Momoko could almost hear the blonde girl sighing behind her. You're forgetting to straighten your arm; fix your stance.

Momoko reloaded, trying to resist the urge to turn around and stick her tongue out at... the no one who was there.

After saying good-bye to Kennedy on Friday, Dru had pretty much kept to herself for the weekend. She knew the new kids had turned up the day before but it didn't make much sense to go to the picnic and meet people, not when she could get a call from Christophe saying it was time to leave any day now.

Just because she'd been practicing with the Malaika it was no reason to let her other skills slip. So Sunday evening found Dru in the range steadily working through several clips of bullets.

Domino wanders down to the firing range with a small metal case in hand. Once there, she notes that no one else is around. She pulls a piece of paper from her pocket and tacks it up at the end of the range, then takes her Glock from the carrying case, grateful she'd decided against brining it to class even before the journalism professor had gone on his rant. She loads the gun, closes her eyes, and fires seemingly at random at the target.

With decent results )

"Well, I guess that will have to do until I find the ass who put the damned things up."

She then moves on to shooting at the more conventional targets.

[OOC: I assume the firing range continues to be at the school...]

Spider Jerusalem is not a nice man. Obsessed, neurotic, a little too fond of mind-altering substances and cyncial to the point of poisoning the very air around him, he is, nonetheless, extremely pissed off. Muttering dark obscenities that range from the state of the world today to the lack of discipline of children everywhere, he storms into the shooting range.

The weapon he produces is about the size and shape of a luncheon plate, a shiny silver with a dark blue grip and several interesting buttons.

Two shots later, there is nothing left of the dummies at the end of the range but smouldering heaps. Grinning maniacally, he pulls up another row of dummies and proceeds to amuse himself greatly.

((OOC: Spider will be here about an hour, cheerfully slicing things in half, quarters, lengthways and other fun mathematical ventures. Feel free to observe or interact if you're feeling masochistic.))

Marty walks in with his glocks and rifle case and immediately begins to assimilate his sniper rifle.

He looks around at the range and sees no one else is there.

He may prefer it that way.
