The Danger Shop was set to look like a bright red brick path going through violently green grass, with large pastel shapes off in the distance.

"Given it was one of those weekends, I felt some stress relief might be in order," Bond said, stepping aside to reveal the day's vehicles.

They were go-karts. With what looked suspiciously like rocket launchers attached to the front.

The Danger Shop hadn't been set to a sim yet when Bond's class arrived.

"Good morning, let's see what kind of bullocks this thing does to our lesson today." Bond was not even pretending today. He hit the switch. "...close enough."

The Danger Shop had produced tricycles. Made of bright plastic.

Today when his class arrived at the Danger Shop, they would have found a landscape full f gently rolling hills, giant inflatable plastic balls, and a faintly exasperated looking Bond.

"Technically it's not driving," he said, after greeting them. "But consider it a test of skill and spatial awareness."

At least it couldn't be worse than Isabela's driving last fortnight?

Bond's class would have come in to find him looking as flustered as he ever got as he set the Danger Shop simulation to blank, only for it to make a small ~frzzt~ noise and replace the empty room with rugged, mountain terrain and a large, six-wheeled vehicle.

Eventually Bond clapped his hands together. "Well, it seems you're taking turns driving...whatever this is. Everyone in."

Bond's class were in the Danger Shop again, though the pod racers were gone, and they looked to be in a more urban setting this week.

"So last week may have been something of a miscalculation." To put it mildly. "So this week we'll be trying something a little more down to earth." He hit a control and several tanks appeared. Bright pink tanks.

This was probably compensating too far in the other direction, Bond.

"There's a route marked out through the city, do try to get through with a minimum of property damage."

Bond was actually in class this week, and the Danger Shop resembled a vast, dusty desert, where a number of vehicles that resembled wheeless racing car bodies tethered to jet engines waited.

After greeting them he continued with "Given our last few lessons," or lack thereof. "I thought we could try our hands at something truly challenging, so I went through the various simulations until I found these, which are used in what sounds like a terribly exciting sport."

Bond, no. This was a terrible idea.

This morning, Bond had considered the new composition of his wardrobe. Then he considered the composition of his class. Which lead to the following sign being left on the Danger Shop door:

Class cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Feel free to practice your skills.

If any of them ventured inside, they would have found a set of dodgem cars waiting for them.

Bond's class were back in the Danger Shop this week, though the sim resembled a bucolic park rather than the usual road.

"In light of the holiday, today we'll be looking at something more low-key but which requires no small amount of team-work to successfully drive," he told them after greeting them, then stepped aside to reveal the vehicles in question.

They were tandem bikes.

The Danger Shop may have glitched again.

Bond's class weren't the in the Danger Shop this week, and he had a projector set up. Looks like it was time for a movie day!

"So the main focus on this class is acquiring advanced driving techniques," Bond said after greeting the class. "So I thought it might be helpful to see some of those techniques in action, albeit in a fictionalised form."

Yep. Movie day.

Bond's class where back in the racing track sim, though the vehicles that awaited them were distinctly...go-kart like. To the point of being unmistakably go-karts.

"Given how well last week's class went, I thought it would be worthwhile to have an actual race this week," Bond said after greeting them, though he didn't say anything at all about the state of what they'd be racing. "The rules are fairly straightforward, go when I give the signal, try not to deliberately run each other off the road, first one to complete five laps wins."

"So, on your marks..."

It was cold and crisp on the Danger Shop today, and the track from the last few weeks was gone. In its place was a vast snowfield, pristine except for markers outlining a course.

"Good morning, and today you'll be trying your hand at driving snow mobiles. As you can see, while they share some similarities with the other week's motorcycles there are also a number of differences," Bond said as he launched into an explanation of just how snowmobiles worked.

"Now as you can see, I've marked out a course, but now that you've had a few classes, it's a good time to start easing into some healthy competition so we'll be recording times as each of you goes around the track. Though you'll still be taking turns so it's not technically a race." Yet.

For the third week running the Danger Shop was set to the race track sim, however today's vehicles were decidedly non-technological and rather more equine.

"Today's class was going to involve high horsepower, but it would seem the Danger Shop had its own idea about what that meant." Bond said, gesturing to the horses contentedly cropping the grass by the track. "Still, we'll make do.

"Now for those of you who've never ridden a horse before, it has some unique challenges, as a living creature a horse has its own mind which can be both useful or not depending on the circumstances and they're on the whole somewhat more delicate than a car or bike would be, so alongside the track instead of on it today."

Bond's class were back in the Danger Shop, which was set to the same sim as last time, however instead of teh high-end cars, there were a number of equally expensive looking motorbikes.

"Given you've demonstrated some familiarity with driving," Bond said after greeting them, which would suggest he hadn't been paying as much attention to some students as he should have, Isabela. "Today we'll be taking a spin on one of the more common non-car vehicles you'll see on this planet, namely motorbikes, now due to a number of factors motorcycle accidents tend to be rather more severe than ones involving cars, at least for the cyclist. So that means safety gear is paramount."

After explaining some of the needed skills and leading them through picking out the correct saftery gear, Bond gestured to the track. "Who wants to go first."

Bond held his class int eh Danger Shop, because when it came to tempting fate, it was the lesser of two evils. The shop itself resembled a racetrack with several very expensive looking cars off to the side, so his basic go to driver's ed sim.

"Welcome to Training Wheels," Bond greeted his class once they'd arrived. "Where we will be going over a number of advanced driver's education subjects both in terms of technique and vehicles. However, since I've been teaching here far too long, first we'll be having introductions both to each other and to the basics of driving." Because like he'd said, he'd been teaching here far too long.

He pointed to a random student. "So, name, class, if you actually know how to drive, and something you hope to gain from the class."
