Class met up in a regular classroom this week. They'd enter to find the floor covered in cushions and beanbag chairs, an old-timey popcorn machine popping away to one side of the room, and a white screen at the front. Pinkie was in the back, snoring against an old projector.

She roused when the last student entered, smacking her lips sleepily. "Sorry, everypony. There was an eyepatch and rubber ball emergency back in Ponyville that had me out really late. So today is movie day, hurray. . . ." she trailed off and snored again, before jerking awake. "It's a fun romp about indigenous folk of the snowy north and how they keep themselves entertained. So get some popcorn, grab some cushiony floor space, and enjoy!" She threw her hooves tiredly in the air, hit "start" on the projector, and promptly fell back asleep.

Putting together a faculty meeting, Zoe realized, wasn't that different from putting together a Student Council meeting. Today, she'd set things up in the faculty lounge; there was food - donuts, coffee, and cold drinks - and clean chairs and tables for people to sit at. Once most of the staff had arrived and gotten something to eat, she went to the front of the room.

"Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you all for coming," she said. "I'll admit, I don't really have any business to talk about. This is more of an opportunity for you all to have a chance to talk to each other about how things are going, or about the students, or anything you might need from me and the others. Does anyone have anything to bring up?"

Class today was meeting in the Danger Shop, and the set up was a little ... unusual.

Students would find themselves sitting on the hull of a gigantic airship, hovering a few thousand feet above the ground in the night sky. In the distance was the fin of what seemed to be a gigantic monster, slowly dissolving into nothingness. Myriad strange creatures floated by and disappeared.

"Welcome to Yellowstone National Park," Josh, possibly the only person ever to come to the place wearing a tie, said to the class, gesturing around at the nature. "Look at all the trees and stuff." He shrugged. "I spent most of my life behind a desk working fifteen hour days. Like I know trees, or geysers for that matter, but there's one that's located here that's about to go off. It's called Old Faithful because it's on a schedule you can time: it erupts every 91 minutes and we've got about five minutes to go, so let's grab some seats."
