Today, the students had been handwavily notified to meet at the deck area outside of the dorms. When they arrived, they'd find a fire crackling away in one of the firepits, and piles of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate squares on a nearby table.

But what about that forecast that predicted scattered thunderstorms? Well, luckily for Thor's students, he was someone who could do something about that. So for the hour or so that their class would take, everyone would be able to enjoy clear, sunny skies.

"The 's'more' is an important traditional food during Midgardian summers," Thor began. That... wasn't entirely accurate, of course, but it was more or less true of the general area of Midgard with which he was familiar, so close enough. "It is created by heating the confectionary called a 'marshmallow' over a flame, and then placing it upon a square of chocolate and enclosing the chocolate and marshmallow with two cookies. The end result is rather like a small sandwich, and is quite delicious!" Thor grinned, placing a marshmallow on a roasting stick and holding it out over the fire. "There is much debate as to what constitutes the proper amount of roasting- I have found many people are quite adamant that a golden-brown is the ideal desired result, while still others argue that the marshmallow must be cooked until it catches fire. Feel free to experiment and figure out which you prefer!" he encouraged the students, plucking the toasted marshmallow from the stick and adding the graham crackers and chocolate. "Now go ahead, give it a try!"

"Today you're going to Naboo," Anakin told the class as he ate the last of the Bavarian donuts he'd stolen from yesterday's teachers meeting. "It's a Mid Rim planet just before the Outer Rim sectors, but despite its location, Naboo has been a political powerhouse in recent galactic politics. Naboo is a geologically unique world in the galaxy: a plasmic molten outer core surrounded an inner core, believed to be composed primarily of a nickel-iron alloy, with very small amounts of some other elements. These elements are found in abundance in other chemical compositions in the galaxy, but it is the unique properties of the plasma which interested astrophysicists, plasma which the two primary civilizations harnessed to supply clean and efficient energy highly valued throughout the galaxy," Anakin explained. "The plasmic magma seethes and bubbles from the center of the planet carving labyrinths of winding tunnels and caverns similar to lava tubes of traditional magma flows. Much of these abyssal labyrinths were submerged in great underground oceans, which were home to immense aquatic animals and creatures that were never seen on the surface, but you'll see some today. Animals such as the colo claw fish, opee sea killer, sando aqua monster and others inhabit this underworld realm. Gungans dominated these underwaterways, using them as a highway of sorts between their surface Holy Places and their underwater cities. The Gungans also used these tunnels for trading between Bubble cities. You'll see some Gungans, too, ones who are a little less irritating than Senator Binks."

Which wasn't hard, Anakin's tone added.

"Humans also live on Naboo, primarily in the lake country or near the capital city of Theed, which in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful places in both of our galaxies. You'll spend some time there as well." He gestured to the portal. "Off you go."

Again, there was a bus in to Baltimore. This time, to the b. Funk Dance company, and dance lessons for the latest steps.

"Make up your own! Teach them to other people! If you get challenged by someone, dance back at them!"

Kenzi was dancing around too, a cross between dorky and awesome.

"... and after this, we're going to do this in public. Flash mob on the plaza. And the subway." She paused. "It's illegal on the subway. I think we should protest that."
