"We are now going to skip forward a bit to another major art movement," Steve said at the beginning of class as he handed out informative packets, "or rather, two major movements of the nineteenth century: Impressionism and Post-Impressionism. There's a lot here and not a lot of time to do it in, so I'm going to just hit the ( high points )

Student Council Meeting: Lunchtime

The usual spread of food - Chinese this time - was on tables at the back of the room, but Peter was at the front looking half-sheepish, half-amused as he studied a packet of notes that seemed to have ribbons hanging from them and glitter showering out every time it moved.

He greeted everyone as they came into the room, putting the packet down.  "Afternoon everyone.  I apologise for the last few weeks of no meetings, but after the ah - interesting events of a few weeks ago, I thought we all could use a break.  Today, however, we turn our focus to Prom and then Graduation.  Prom is April 25th and Graduation the following Saturday - May 3rd or some such.   Traditionally," he twisted the word with a bit of grin at the juniors.  "The junior class hosts the dance for the seniors, and only the juniors and seniors are invited - and their dates, of course.  So ...any junior want to volunteer?"

"We should talk about themes and things as well - ideas, things we shouldn't do?"

"Other than that, I don't have much unless someone has other ideas for the last month of the term."

He was also absent a Firecat, the reason for which was partly responsible for his dazedness.

No class today due to lack of clothing.
