At the end of the period, Barney called for attention again. "Tonight is Homecoming. I'm sure all you attached kids will be fighting over corsages, spiked punch, and whose date is hotter. Remember men, just because you arrived with her, doesn't mean you have to leave with her. Ladies, remember this is not your mother's Homecoming - SLUT UP! Enjoy yourselves, and have a LEGENDARY HOMECOMING. Heh, coming."

The Danger Room today was set up to look like someone's basement. A BIG basement, but a basement nonetheless. Scattered about the room were several folding tables of various shapes and sizes, each of which had a person dressed in a tuxedo sitting at it. The room smelled vaguely of whiskey and cigarettes, although neither was actually present.

John arrived to set up for study hall with coffee, donuts and a baby. Zoe had a lot of last minute principal things to do before Homecoming started this afternoon so he was doing Grace duty along with study hall duty.

He settled behind the desk with his daughter cradled in one arm and a book of more obscure exorcisms that Bobby had sent him in his other hand.

Chuck was late again. This was no good, really. His students were really capable of more mischief than he gave them credit. He should be keeping an eye on them.

When he entered the room, he tossed his briefcase down on the desk. As if to make up for lost time, he positively ran to the board, and started doing notes.

Fandom Library: Friday October 5

Karal was actually a little early opening the library today, but anticipation and nervousness had woken him early.

He had no tea, sadly he still wasn't allowed caffeine, but he did have two handwavily acquired tickets to the Homecoming dance, a compact disc of music, and a hope that the person both were for would stop by.

As it's Homecoming this weekend, detention will be postponed until next Saturday, but do try not to render yourself eligible for it, won't you?

Just as a quick reminder, there will be a fair held today, which I trust you'll all enjoy!
