"So, have fun this week with your toys?" Becky asked, smiling. "Sure hope so, 'cause it was to prep you for today's lesson."

She gestured to the table in front of her, where there was an assortment of items.

"Okay, first things first - tell all of us what you did with your toys this week. Then we're going to make one night stand kits."

She perched on the edge of the table, demurely crossing her legs. "So, you're all kind of dumb - or at least, you haven't proven that I don't have to spell things out for y'all. A one night stand is when you have sex with someone once, with no ties or commitments of any kind. Often there's alcohol involved."

Becky smirked. "A lot of times, it's fun. But sometimes you wake up and want to chew your own arm off because the other person is so ugly. That's Coyote Ugly. Either way, being prepared can't hurt."

"So," she continued, hopping off the table and passing around bright pink plastic bags, "today we're putting together kits. Take one of each of the things on the table. Ask me or one of your little friends if you don't know what something is."

"Oh," she added as an afterthought. "And if any of you piss me off, I'll see you on Saturday. Miho and I are taking detention this week."

Yogalaties, Sesson 3

Class was being held outside in the grass today, a note on the door directing the students to the commen area.

"Good morning you three. I hope that you all are enjoying yourself. Now, with the workshop. Meaning union with the divine, yoga is a philosophy and discipline applied to the development of mind, body, and spirit. There are many disciplines of yoga emphasizing different aspects or combination of mind body spirit. Through practices of holding a variety of body positions or asanas, and the centering of the mind and breath in a meditative way, the practitioner increases body awareness, posture, flexibility of body and mind and calmness of spirit.

Please follow what I I do as best you can, and once I have shown you the pose, I will then show you an easier version.

Rory managed to make it into the library fairly early, dragging the damn book with her as well as her laptop, with a cup of coffee in hand and four wide-eyed, fluffy kittens firmly attached to the legs of her jeans.

The library was open, and would likely remain so for most of the day.

There was a table in the clearing, on which compasses, two copies of an island map, two clue sheets, two control cards, and written directions were laying in the open. Nimitz sprawled across the back of the table and watched with interested amusement as the students arrived.
