raspberryturk: (With Ino)
[personal profile] raspberryturk
When the students came in to class today, there were no teachers to be seen. Probably not terribly surprising, considering the weekend and all. Heck, they couldn't even deliver on the fish that Ino and Reno had assigned them to get over the course of the week, so why bother, right?

But yeah. No teachers. For the whole class. Just an empty classroom, the clock tick-ticking away.

Anybody who attempted to leave through the door before the class was through, however, was going to get themselves glitterbombed, with an added bonus of some blue dye that was probably going to stick for a few days. So, they were either going to have to get patient, get blue, or get creative.

Happy Tuesday, class.

[OOC: Pfff, no OCD on this one. Feel free to tag in and get glitterbombed by the mystery ninja apparatus outside the classroom door, or just sit around, or try to find another way out of the room. SABOTAGE.]

No matter what Tony tried, the danger shop looked like a picturesque creek with dappled sunshine peaking through the foliage.

And a big ol' pile of fishing poles. This could only end in tears.

"So, apparently we're reaching you how to fish?" Tony said slowly.

Steve looked extremely perplexed as well. "Fish doesn't come from the fish monger?"

And, somehow, Tony looked even more confused at that. "A what?"

"The fish guy," Steve said.

Clearly these were the fishing experts you were looking for, folks.

"So we're going to take those poles and put them in the water and...get some fish and pay them very nice compliments and put them back so they don't turn evil later on," Steve said.

Yep, this was your class.

"I'll look up a YouTube tutorial on it," Tony announced. "I'm surprised there's no PSA on it."

"Like Nick Fury knows how to fish," Steve snorted.

"Fair," Tony granted him. "But, okay. So. Everyone grab a pole and please, please, please don't hook anyone. And we can... figure this out."

Hopefully someone would remember to tell these two city boys about bait.
