As before the class was in the Danger Shop and which was set up in the by now familiar shooting range. The coffee was there on the table by the sign in sheet and another handout.

"Good morning," John said. "Last week, we worked with handguns. This week we're moving on to shotguns. The handout will give you a little of their history and the different types you might want to try.

"One thing in particular about shotguns is the ability they have to use many different kinds of ammunition. For instance, those who took Hunting with me will know that I often use rocksalt rounds against ghosts, but that's just one variation. What I'd like for you to do today is not only try different types of shotguns, but also different types of ammunition.

"As always, I'm here if you have any questions or want advice."

"Good morning," Fraser greeted as the students arrived to the construction site. "Yes, I am back again and yes, I'm sure you're all very tired of seeing me. Mr. Harris will return next week and, I'm sure, will be far more exciting than myself. But, I did make a new poster!"

Fraser was very proud of the pink poster with the words MR. HARRIS SAYS SAFETY FIRST emblazoned on it.

"Now, heed Mr. Harris' wise words and be safe while you work!"

Sometime during the mid morning hours, a different voice is heard from over the speakers.

"Good morning," Umbridge said, voice bright and cheery. "I thought it best that I introduce myself as soon as possible. My name is Dolores Umbridge and I've been hired to replace your former principal."

She didn't add 'for the time being' or make any other notations of Zoe's return. Those would be changing, after all.

"I trust everyone here will treat me with the utmost respect that an authority figure is deserved and I, in turn, will do the same for you."

No, she wouldn't.

"I'm having office hours should any student or faculty member decide to visit."

Umbridge paused for a brief moment before laughing, a high pitched sound that lasted briefly but seemed overly loud. "Thank you. Do have a pleasant day."

John rushed into the Danger Shop with the cart of engines. "Sorry about that," he said. "I got held up at work lunch and didn't get to do what I had planned. So, for today, you should be able to have the engine running without serious problems, and should start thinking about the design. I'd prefer if you went with a four-wheel design with rear engine, but whatever'll cross the finish line. And have a roll cage. And not blow up."

"Today, we learn about flirting," Vala told the class as they entered, bouncing a little. "It's a surprisingly useful skill, and valuable in both professional and personal contexts. The problem is how to get good at it--it's innate for some," she smirked over at Jack, "but others of you will have to work at it."

"Unfortunately, the only way to get good at flirting is to practice--so that's what I want you to do today, with as many people from the class as possible. Remember that it should be light and fun and teasing. If you can't breeze your way through a conversation, you'd be amazed how far some good old fashioned interest can get you."
