""So, the last couple of weeks," Rosa started, rolling her shoulders a little, as well as her head, to sort of get herself in the yoga mindset once it was time to get class going; she shook out her limbs a little, "I've tossed around the term 'eight limbs of yoga', which refers to a lot of the conceptual stuff, and we've covered two of them: pranayama and pratyahara. But since none of us are about to reach samadhi in a seven-week summer course, we're going to be spending the rest of our classes focusing on asana, which are the various physical postures. Your poses and moves, that kind of thing.

"We've got a wide range of abilities in this class," she noted, "so I'm sure some of you will struggle with these while some of you could do them in your sleep. The former, I want you to just focus on understanding the poses and how they work and just doing them. The latter, work on refining the poses and just focus on your pranayama and pratyahara. We'll start, as always, with our sun salutations, and then we'll get into some new poses to start working into your practices."

"The weather has, for the most part, been cooperating with this class quite nicely," Ignis said as he began the lesson for the week, "but, eventually, when you are out camping, it is inevitable that it will likely rain, at some point. So today, despite the fact that we will not likely be burdened with such a condition in the meantime, we are going to focus on some essential tools and tips to help create delicious food while camping even when one finds themselves quite waterlogged.

"In a nutshell, your basic tips will break down into a few main points: having the right equipment, keeping dry and safe, and perhaps an ounce of prevention. We'll go over with proper portioning of meals with proper packaging today, as well as the best equipment to have on hand for such conditions, properly utilizing an umbrella or tarp, and, most importantly, knowing not to attempt to cook in an enclosed space.

"And, of course, that is a lot to cover, but we will still, hopefully, have time to put some of these lessons to use by, of course, doing a little cooking as well, with a simple chili recipe sure to keep anyone warm and comfortable on a rainy day, or perhaps some grilled cheese sandwiches or even some cookies, if you've got a sweet tooth.

"Let's get started."

This week it wasn't just Cara torturing you in charge of the class! Jane was apparently back and looking a little sheepish about it.

"Well, Fandom did a thing. But I'm back now!"

Weren't you all just thrilled?

You should be, because it meant there was someone to reign Cara in. Potentially.

"And this week is... cat room themed?" Oh yes, leap from the oversized litter box to the cat tree, folks!

And try and avoid the creepy giant, inflatable cat head. Because of course there was one of those.

The rubber chickens from Shenanigans were back! Or maybe they were stolen from Skywalker. Could be both.

"Today we're going to be trying something new," Tony said cheerfully.

"Yesterday's team building exercise was inspiring," Steve agreed, "but it would have been even more fun if those trying to be tagged had been armed with paint guns!"

For a certain definition of fun, sure.

"And blindfolded!" Guys, no.

Oh, but Steve was so excited about this! "Everyone grab some chickens for your feet, a harmonica for your mouth, a blindfold, and a paint gun."

See what your influence has wrought, Anakin?

Belle wasn't sure where all of the books she was trying to shelve had come from. She also wasn't certain how it was that the library seemed to have nowhere near enough shelves to hold all the books no matter how she tried to make things fit.

Belle was extremely unsure of why there were chicken bones on a shelf behind books. Chicken bones that had clearly been there for some time.

"That's quite disgusting," Belle said with a very tired sigh. "And quite uncalled for. Who would do such a thing?"
