While Home Economics certainly was also not that kind of health class (a-hem), Ignis Scientia was 100% That Teacher.

"Well, then," he started, with a sigh, "with the week that we've all be having, it is a shame if you've managed to make it this far without any of your other classes covering this particular topic, but, as one certain aspect of Home Ecomonics lies heavily in family management, now is....perhaps not as good a time as any to discuss this, surely that would have come much earlier in the week, but it's better late than never."

So buckle in, kids. It was time for the long-overdue Sex Education lesson, from the teacher that believed that Thoroughness was a Necessity and that no Data Point be left Unexplored.

Which was almost impressive, considering he'd had a considerably shorter amount of prep time than usual this week.

PE and Health Class - Friday - First Period

Early that morning, probably too early for some of the student's liking, they would be getting a text about class. Dwight had debated for most of the week and finally decided on how to handle class given the current state of the island as a whole.

Class will be canceled this week; enjoy the day off! Do a few laps or something and we'll call it good!

That was the wisest and most sensible thing to do right? It wasn't THAT kind of health class after all!

It was not delightful to be able to pick up on emotions this week. It was especially not delightful to have to explain it to a daughter who was old enough to pick up on it but not old enough to process it maturely.

Library - Friday

Jo was not having a good time this week, she was distracted and uncomfortable and she had no idea why she was thinking all of these thoughts that she knew were wrong of her to be having and her mother would definitely be horrified … she had been tempted to not show up for her library shift but she figured by now she may as well since she had somehow manage to survive her classes for the day.

She was quickly realising that that might have been a mistake when she turned up to the library after her classes and noticed that all the books had been replaced by romance books again and it definitely wasn’t helping how mortifying and uncomfortable everything was especially after she started reading the different titles and … yes, she was going to be staying at the front desk and hopefully no one needed any books today.
