And so the journey that Amaya had never expected to build out of this class continued! When the class got to the danger shop that morning, they would discover that they were out of the rain, out of the woods, and onto the docks of what seemed like a small seaside town maybe just a bit inspired by Port Bruce, where Amaya grew up, not that anyone here would actually know that, nor was it really important to the plot. Amaya gestured for them all to be quiet and gather behind the wall of a old shipping storehouse, then gestured toward the single large ship at the end of the dock.

"Welcome back," she greeted them. "I hope you all had a good weekend with your guests, or at least a survivable one if it wound up a bit pear shaped like these things can be sometimes. But, either way, it's back to fighting our way through some creative weaponry, so I hope you're ready for a doozy today! You see, we need to get ourselves across this ocean here, for Reasons, and the only way we've got to do that is by commandeering that ship over at the end of the dock from those pirates, but we've found ourselves yet again without anything to fight them with. Makes you sort of wonder, if there might be anything useful in this here old shipping store house that we can use."

And, of course there was, because if there wasn't, this wouldnt' be much of a class, now, would it?

"So let's head on in, have ourselves a look around, and see what we can come up with! Obviously, you can join resources and work together, or make your own weapon if you'd like, but the seige of the ship will go best if we can coordinate our attack when we get there. Good luck, everyone. I'm looking forward to see what you manage to put together this week!"

Another Monday, another Danger Shop simulation!

And this one was a very tall, wooden ropes course, that might look a little intimidating to some.

"One of the most important things you can learn in this class is teamwork," Kitty began. "Maybe you want to work alone, and that's fine. But you might end up teaming up with someone temporarily, or you might come in to help, or someone comes to help you, and you don't want to do anything like endanger someone else just because you like going solo. So today, you're going to get to do a ropes course. It's tricky, you'll have to help each other get across at points, so let's see how you all work together."

Coming into the classroom today, students would find no portal today. They would however find various suits that looked like advanced scuba gear and Barry putting the final touches on a ray gun.

They'd also find Eleanor Shellstrop lying down on a gurney with half her hair missing.

"Today kids we're going to be studying the human body. From the inside out," Barry announced as he gestured to the scuba gear. "Specifically we'll be studying Eleanor Shellstrop's body. Such as it is."

"Hey!"

"The suits are designed to navigate you through the various organs of her body. Except for the intestines and her more.... personal areas."

"Yeah, you got to at least buy me dinner first for that," Eleanor said with a sly grin.

Barry ignored that bit. "So suit up and then I will shoot you with this miniaturization ray and inject you into Eleanor's body. You only have an hour before the ray wears off so the suits will guide you immediately out of her through her sweat glands. Otherwise you'll rip her apart from the inside."

"Wait. What was that?"

"Let's get suited up!" Barry said cheerfully.
