The Gladiators would come into the Danger Shop that day to find a large foam pyramid at the center of the arena, so if anyone was wondering what they might be doing for this week's challenge, Rosa might let you skip wearing the helmet this week because there was clearly nothing up there that needed to be protected.

"Alright, Gladiators," she nodded once they all seemed settled, "this is the Pyramid. The goal is simple: get to the top. But, of course, it won't be that simple. The Chosen One. The Hammer. Assuming you were there. Since the two of you had the highest points in the Atlasphere challenge last week, you have been selected to defend the top of the pyramid. Do whatever it takes to make sure the other gladitors don't reach the top. We'll be going in rounds in pairs of two; the first one to the top gets the chance to compete again for ultimate champion, which...might give you an advantage next week.

"Any questions? If not, let's gear up and get going. The Chosen One," was she ever going to say that name and not make a face at it? Probably not, "the Hammer, head on up and get ready to defend the territory; the rest of you, get limber, get stretched, and get ready."

"Today, class were gonna talk about protection," Magnus said. "You know, the kind everyone wants when going out into the world these days."

"But not the sex kind," Cara helpfully added. "Mostly."

"That's important too," he agreed. "Super important. But a different class. It's armor day!"

Did he jam some armor in that 'magic' barrel from the weapons day? Yes. Yes, he did.

"Choosing the right armor is a balancing act between protection and movement," Cara said. "There's no point in wearing full plate if you're just going to stand there and get stabbed."

"And sometimes it affects your other stats," Magnus said like that meant anything to anyone else. "So, let's figure out your AC!"

Again, that meant nothing.

"Just humour him," Cara said in a stage whisper.

At the front of the Home Ec room, once again, stood Stark. There was a bowl covered with a kitchen towel on the table in front of him.

“Welcome back. No special guests this week.” Too bad. He’d enjoyed the company of the cheery little frog, bug friends and all.

“Last week’s winner by virtue of being the only person to tag in to the post was Liam. Congratulations, Liam.”

“This week we have a new ingredient. Wouldn’t be much fun if it were the same every week. So new ingredients. A few options.”

He removed the towel to reveal an assortment of berries.

“Berries! Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry.” There may even have been some other moddable berries up there.”

“I like to combine fruit and chocolate,” Stark offered. “You, of course, may do whatever you wish.”

“Ovens are preheated again, there are clean aprons if you want them, feel free to pair up. Don’t forget your frosting.”
