Another week, another paper in the books. Well, it wasn't literally in a book. It was in newspaper format. And Dave was having fun reading the big headline article this time.

He was having more fun drinking coffee, though. But that was natural.

Tyrion had spent the weekend exploring the mainland, and found much of it confusing but to hs liking; he was almost cheerful as the class gathered.

"Last time we met," he said, once everyone was seated, "I gave you an assignment for the next class. You were to spend some time in the last week working together to teach each other something. I hope you made some time to do so. Take ten minutes to sit in pairs and check in with each other, and then you have a choice: Either demonstrate what you learned from each other, or write something explaining what it was. You're also all to explain, either verbally or in writing, what strategic uses you can think of for whatever it is that you learned. Or, if you never quite got around to working together, strategic uses for whatever you were meant to teach each other."

He hoisted himself onto his desk. "Get into your pairs now, please."

The train set had returned. William didn't know why or what had prompted it, and following it around the library only led to the discovery that it was set up in a loop. So, he was just going to do his best not to step on the tracks while putting things away today. Once the returns were done, he settled down at the counter with a forensic sciences journal.

This week the Danger Shop was configured to be a normal classroom. Which kind of defeated the purpose of using the Danger Shop. Unless you were planning something. Not that Max ever did that.

"I hope you all had an enjoyable weekend," Max began, leaning against his desk. "And while I didn't explicitly assign anything, I hope you've all been doing your homework." He gave everyone a moment to absorb that. "Considering last week's lesson, I'm hoping that you've all been thinking about defensible positions, escape routes, and improvised weapons throughout the week." They had, right? Like studious little students?

"Good. Because this week we're going to be discussing what you've observed over the past week."

Max's eyes swept across his students and he pointed (at random): "Let's start with you." Then his eyes swept the rest of the room, "And don't hesitate to speak up if you've got something to say about what someone else says."
