When class began, Jane wasted no time in getting things started. She moved along the desks, passing over the small packets of the examination to their students. "Well, then, here we are, class! Our final class, which means it's time to show me everything you've learned through a nice little test. You'll find it will cover everything we've discussed so far in class, from different types of primates to their habitat, eating habits, tools, anatomy, and the key theories of primatology. You will have half an hour to complete the examination. Do the best you can; there will not be allowances made for oral alternatives.

"But you'll remember that last week I requested that you put together a small presentation on what your favourite primate was this weekend," Jane reached the front of the classroom again and turned to smile at her students, "so when the half hour is up, we will begin those. Your final grade, then, will be a compelation of your participation thus far in class, your written exam, and your final primate presentation. Pencils ready, students! Your time begins...now!"

She may have been far too pleased with herself at being such a teacher.

"Good morning, class," Anakin said, sweeping into the classroom with his cape billowing out behind him. "Today's your final exam. As with most things in this course, there are not necessarily right or wrong answers. I only want you to explain your choices. If you leave me with half-assed or badly argued replies, that's when I grow unhappy."

He passed out the exams. "You've been an adequate class, more or less." Which was high praise, for Anakin. "Begin."

"Morning everyone," Summer began, once her students settled in. "Welcome to our last class together. I hope you all enjoyed this semester, I know I did. You've been a wonderful class," she added.

"Today's your final exam. Now, I've made up a short exam of questions on some of what we've learned and there's a part where you can write about a myth you've found most intriguing and why. That's all there is to it. If you finish early, drop it off on my desk and then you are free to leave."

Cassidy hadn't found any unusual behavior among the books when she got in. This was a relief to her. As much as she didn't mind some of the more bizarre things in Fandom, having to stop a war between the books today would have been a little too much for her. She just wasn't feeling like herself today.

Of course, it was probably telling that today she had a couple of books at her desk, but had yet to open any of them.

The library was open and Cassidy was here to help.

Alex was sitting on the edge of her desk when the students filed in.

"So," she said. "I thought about giving a final, but I wasn't exactly sure what that should look like. Most of this class has been a thought experiment, where I was trying to challenge your preconceived notions about how government, quote-unquote, 'should' work. I was hoping you'd gain different perspectives from talking with classmates who had other experiences, and I think for the most part, that has been a success. At least, I hope so."

So far as she could tell from this end, anyway.

"There are a few questions on the papers I'm about to pass out, right now, but this isn't really a final in the typical sense. Be honest, answer the questions as well as you can, and don't feel that your grade is going to rest on the result."

And with that, she was handing out the sheets of paper, face-down.

"Once you've finished, you can go."
