Library; Wednesday [ 09/26 ]

Beto nki tutasala? Opening the library, of course. No Congolese word for library, for they have no books. But they have poets, in the simplest of things. Adah had liked that.

She wondered what would happen if she put a sign on the door today that simply read "Uoy Knaht. Yadot Flesreh ot ecaps eht lla ekil dluow Hada; desolc yrarbil." It was a nagging question, but she had already sat down, and walking over there was too much effort. Besides, she didn't need to whole space; a small barrier of books, like a circle of ashes, would suffice just fine.

Study Hall - Wednesday

Aly made her way down to the Study Hall room just before 1st Period.  Unlike Fraser, she remembered to bring donuts.  And coffee for herself, of course.  Also unlike Fraser (she assumed), she was wearing a miniskirt.  For no reason at all  Really. 

Sipping her coffee gratefully, she sat down at the desk to flip through a book of codes then, frowning, decided to fix them.

The loud speakers clicked on sometime during the morning hours and Fraser's voice came over it.

"Good morning students. If I could have your attention for a brief moment, I would like to announce the results of Student Council voting. So, please would you congratulate the following people:

For the senior class: Zack Addy, Meg Manning and Peter Pevensie. Congratulations!

For the junior class: Molly Hayes, Ronan Nolan and Cher Horowitz. Again, congratulations.

For the sophomore class: Naminé, Sam Winchester and TR Wexler. Congratulations again!

For the freshmen class: Bart Allen, Andros and Jennifer Sparks. Many congratulations!

The first meeting of the semester will be held on Friday and hosted by Professor Lyman. Thank you all and congratulations."

The loud speaker clicked off.

Basic Japanese - Wednesday September 26 - 3rd period

Yondaime didn’t look happy again as everyone came into the class room. The class however, would probably be delighted not to see the usual stack of worksheets on the teacher’s desk and a large theater screen behind him where the white board normally was.

“Unfortunately a soon to be deadwee tiny fox thought that our worksheets for today were no good and so she decided to add them to her litter box. Hence today we are watching a movie; Spirited Afar. It’s a pretty good movie that shows a lot of how Japanese society deals with spirituality honorifics and other such things.” Yondaime paused and ran a hand through his hair looking very tired. “Most importantly it is in Japanese, with subtitles, but I want all of you to listen closely to how they are pronouncing things.”

[The worksheets and real class for today got trashed -_-; I’m trying to fix it, but it won’t be until next week.]

She nodded towards the pile of equipment in the corner. "Make sure to wear hard hats and grab what you think you'll need." She paused. "No matter what happens the Danger Room will not let you get truly harmed."
