After the class had assembled by the main campfire, Ares, still with blue hair, appeared before them. "Welcome, class, I'm Ares, God of War, and before you ask, yes, I am an actual god, with powers, so don't bother trying to prove I'm not¹, because it gets boring after a while, and when I get bored, bad things start happening."

"Now, you're all here because you have some self-confidence issues, and man, I can see why, but don't worry, by the time I'm through with you, you'll believe you can take on anything, and take over anywhere. And who knows? Someone of you might actually be able to."

"We'll start things off easy, and get into the hard stuff next week, so today I'm going to want you to introduce yourselves, tell me and the rest of the class a little about yourself, what you want out of this class, any weapons and or fighting experience you may have, that kind of thing."

"Good morning, everyone. The following students must report to detention tomorrow morning with Constable Fraser:

"It's going to be a long summer, isn't it?" Zoe sighed before continuing. "Don't forget, there's going to be a luau this evening, and you all should attend. And those are all the notes I have, so thank you, and have a nudity-free day."

Mechanics - Session 1

“Good morning,” Geordi said cheerfully as the students assembled around the main campfire, “I’m Lieutenant Commander Geordi LaForge, you may address me as either Commander LaForge or Professor LaForge I have no preference to which title you use. This session you will be learning about Mechanics.” he explained, “and this course will be pratical to help get an understanding of the discipline. If you haven’t had any experience with this field there is no need to worry. I will be providing background information to each project that we complete. It won’t be complusory to read the information but if it helps then by all means do so. I will also be available after class if you want to discuss anything with me,”

He paused slightly before continuing, “we won’t be starting any projects until next week but for today’s lesson I’d like to do general introductions. So could you please tell me your name, class, one interesting fact about you and what experience you’ve had with any aspect of Mechanics,”
