“We had another bout of Fandom Weirdness this weekend,” Stark said. “And yesterday as well. I hope you all made it through at least mostly unscathed.”

“There are snacks, as always,” he said. “And I brought cartoons to watch. Just because. Being small can be very hard, sometimes. Being reminded of being small can be very hard sometimes. And being suddenly not your usual self and then suddenly back to your usual self is almost always at least somewhat difficult.”

The snacks included cupcakes, of course. And the cartoons involved a family of dogs.

“Before we watch cartoons, if we do, it's there anything anyone wants to say or talk about? Being small or something else. Maybe even just why being small again might be hard for others even if it wasn't for you? I stayed my usual self, this time. I've never woken up younger. I'm glad for that. I…did not have an easy time as a child.”

He'd talk more about that if asked but he wasn't going to get into it.

"It was one of Those Weekends," Ghanima said as everyone arrived -- to her actual classroom -- looking mildly sympathetic. "So, we shall take it easy today."

She gestured widely to the giant pillows and divans that filled the space. "We are watching a children's holiday movie, to give everyone a chance to breathe. There is tea, cider, and pastries on the table in the back, and you may stay or go as you require."
