"Let's talk about....sleep," Don decided. "Sleep is so important to your overall health, as is getting good sleep. Most people need about eight hours a night, and it's important to have a consistent sleep schedule, with a regular bedtime and wake up time." Don was two people. Don had spent ten years in the void. Don did not have anything like a consistent sleep schedule. But hey, do as I say, not as I do, right? "If you're drinking too much caffeine, it can impact your sleep schedule. If you're having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, you can try things to improve your environment, like making it darker or eliminating artificial light sources before bed. That means no scrolling on Vine or whatever it is you kids use these days," he joked. "If you don't get enough sleep, it can really impact your overall mental and physical health. And now, for the rest of this class, we're going to take naps." Because your teacher didn't get enough sleep last night.

The gremlins were unusually argumentative today. Or maybe Belle just didn't want to deal with their nonsense today. Perhaps it was a combination of the two.

In any case, the gremlins were running amok and arguing about whether or not that was acceptable and Belle had had it.

"You will stop that right now or i won't allow you in here on Thursdays anymore!"

Apparently her tone, at least, was persuasive.

Let's Play Some Sports!; Thursday, First Period [04/03].

"Last week," Gladio began at the start of class, once again in the danger shop in some training space, although it was a little different than last week's, "we worked on fighting sports that focused on hand-to-hand combat and this week," he walked over to a stand filled with a bunch of fencing foils to pull one out, "we learn how to fight with..."

He paused, looked at the fencing foil, then smirked.

"Toothpicks, apparently."

Look, those of you who had seen his sword before would understand why he had a little bit of trouble actually classifying this little dinky thing as such. But he did grin a little at Jon, too assuming he was there, since he knew fencing had come up at some point.

"We're going to learn about fencing today, and we're going to learn a few of the teminology, techniques, and basics together, and then, of course, you've got the option to sort of practice with each other, myself, of just go at a practice dummy to work on those things if that makes you more comfortable. So let's take a moment to stretch, and then gear up, and we'll get started."
