Phys Ed; Friday, Third Period [01/20].

The class was going to relocate to the Danger Shop this week, not so much because Gladio was worried about people getting hurt as it was that it just made things a lot easier, and as the students arrived, he was in the middle of giving his arms and shoulders a good stretch while standing in front of an elaborate series of rock climbing walls.

"Hey, guys," he greeted them with a grin and a clap of his hands together to signify it was time to get started. "Today, we're going to take on one of my personal favorite fun physical activities, and that's rock climbing! Now, there's a lot to be said about getting out there and climbing actual rocks in mountains and everything, but rock climbing walls like the ones you see behind me are also really great if you don't have that kind of time, resources, or even cooperative weather, plus they can offer a lot of variety for different skill levels, so that's what we'll be working on today.

"For the most part," he continued, "it's pretty self-explanatory. With rock climbing, what you do is....climb rocks. But, there is just a bit more to it than that, which is why I'm going to go over some safety tips and basic equipment we'll use today. Pay attention, but while I'm going over that, be sure to start warming up and getting limber, especially your arms and shoulders, or else you're probably going to regret in the morning. And, after that, I'll go over a few words of advice before letting you loose on the walls.

"So let's get started."

An Introduction to Zoology - Friday, 1st Period

“This week we’re going to be having a movie day,” Cutter began that week’s class, “and we’re going to be continuing looking at Kingdom Animalia with insects,” he explained, mostly because he didn’t feel like giving a lecture but he figured at least this way he was still technically turning up to teach.

This was considered an improvement where Cutter was concerned.

“I would like you to present your report from last week and then we’re going to watch a movie about a colony of ants trying to defend themselves against the of grasshoppers,”

Practical Engineering - Friday, 4th Period

“Good afternoon,” Goose nodded when he began that week’s lecture, “I thought this week we would try doing the egg drop the egg drop challenge and we’re going to be spending the lesson working on making containers for the eggs so we don’t break them,” he explained.

This time Goose had actually gotten hard boiled eggs so the experiment shouldn’t be as messy, hopefully.

Library - Friday

When Jo turned up to the library for her shift after her Zoology class, the first thing that she noticed was that there seemed to be entire shelves missing in the library today and on closer inspection, it seemed that they had simply gone. It had been a while since this has had happened and Jo had perhaps being hoping that they had stopped doing that but no such luck.

It also turned out that she had quite a stack of books to put away this week so this proved to be rather challenging since some of the books she couldn’t put back since their normal shelf was gone but she tried to do the best she could and put away what she could.
