The weather looked like it was going to cooperate today, and so Sidon was thrilled to take the class back outside, back to the beach, where he had several tables and stations set up for the students to work at for today's exciting and thrilling summer time craft!

"Hello, everyone!" he greeted them brightly and eagerly, as always, especially now that he was not restricted by the confines of indoors to hold him and his many gestures and fistpumps back. "I hope you are all having a wonderful week thus far, and if not? Well, then, I hope it starting to get better. Today, we shall be making Zora armor!"

He flashed a bright grin that caught just the right way in a beam of sunlight streaking from the clouds and then chuckled.

"Although not really," he admitted. "That, I believe, is the specialty of a different class this session, but we are going to be tackling a quick and easy approximation of Zora armor, with a shirt tie-dying technique that will create a fun and colorful shirt of scales so that you, too, can be as stylish as a Zora! I have available many different shirts in a variety of styles and sizes, as well as a plethora of colors to choose from, so that you can truly make your Zora armor as unique as you are!

"But of course," he added, with another chuckle and throwing in a wink, "no mention of Zora armor would be complete without mentioning the White Scale! Those of you who have taken some of my Hylian history courses have doubtless already heard this tale, but, should you perhaps have it in mind to create a shirt for someone else, there is a tradition among Zora princesses to make Zora armor for those they intend to one day marry, and they will weave into the armor a white scale, that only female Zora possess. It is a declaration of love and devotion and sharing one's self with another, as well as symbolic of the first Zora queen to make armor for her King, and in a dire moment in battle, the clouds overhead parted and the sun shone down on the single white scale of his armor to blind his enemies and turn the tide of the fight, leading the Zora to victory! It is one of my favorite Zora tales, and it is easy enough to make a white scale on the shirts by simply covering one up entirely with the glue used to outline the scales. Just in case you wanted to add a little something....extra to the project!

"But unless you have any questions for me before we begin, I will show you how and we'll get to making our 'armor'!"

Back in the Danger Shop today, where it was a beautiful day here in this wide open field, with the helicopter right behind Jaina.

"If you're not sure what this is, it's a helicopter," she said. "These are a little different than what you've flown before, because it's controlled by rotors. Takeoff and landing is different, it moves differently, the controls are different. Today you get to try it out. I'll show you how to work this thing, and then you can get up there yourself."

There were a few things to notice coming into the Danger Shop for class today. The first was a giant "MELT OR BURN?!" sign over a metal contraption with two giant flame-throwers rigged up to it. The second was a large robot with a metal arm holding a fire extinguisher.

Safety first, kids! Or third. Or maybe tenth?

Beaker stepped up to the table and began speaking. "Meep meep mee meep meep mee!" he began, holding up a not-terribly flattering drawing of Joe from Legal, who had had Concerns about this lesson. "Meep meep meep mee." Beaker's voice turned mocking. "Meep meep meep meep meep meep meep meep!"

Joe thought something would explode, like that wasn't the entire purpose of Science! But Joe had insisted that Beaker pass on the word from Legal: a big piece of paper that read "DON'T", which he held up. "Meep meep meep meep meep," Beaker added, moving on and waving at Dum-E, who waved back with the fire extinguisher.

See? Beaker had other science-based friends well-versed in fire safety! Let's set some stuff on fire, kids!

There was a lovely selection of moddable items, including steel wool, marshmallows, metal pans, ugly sweaters, and that picture of Joe from Legal. Beaker had also wheeled in a chalkboard labeled "MELT" and "BURN" at the top to record the findings! Because if you wrote it down, it was science. If you set things on fire for fun, it was pyromania.

"Welcome back," Hannibal greeted them. "I hope you've been enjoying our culinary tour. Today we will take ourselves to South America. As Fandom is in North America, that is the continent directly south of us.

"Brazil, as the US, is a country of immigrants mixed with the native residents. Brazilian immigrants are predominantly from Portugal, Spain, and Italy in southwest Europe. The cuisine of each area depends on its history and geography as well as which immigrants and local residents are most prominent; we will be experiencing southern Brazilian food."

He waved them through the portal and onto a street in a large city. The restaurant had a concrete front with large windows and was nicely appointed.

"Fogo de Chão is one of the restaurants that grew out of churrasco, the local equivalent of barbeque. They feature a lavish bar of side foods, which includes a number of dishes for those of you who may not be interested in meat. There are also some lovely desserts."

He spoke to the host, who led them to a table. "However, the main attraction is the meat, or rather meats, which they will bring to you at the table." He nodded toward one of the gaucho-dressed staff walking from table to table with a large skewer of meat. "There are a number of different meats with different spices, and I encourage you to try as many as you like. The local language is predominantly Portuguese, but many here will also speak Spanish and some will know English."
