"Hey, guys," said Prompto, greeting the class with a grin. "So...last week apparently went...way better than it could have, all things considered, and hopefully you got a lot of really great chocobo pictures out of it. I know I sure did! But now we're going to get back into all that technical stuff and talk about different kinds of shots, with plenty of examples and then....you guys probably guessed it...homework to take photos for next time showing off all these different kinds of shots. And I have a feeling," his grin grew, "some of you guys are going to get some really interesting stuff.

"So, without further ado, let's just get right into it, and if anyone's interested in moving into film, these types of shots can be pretty useful in that, too. You've got three basic ones: close-up, medium, and long, and within those, you've also got your extreme close-up and extreme long shots. Those are generally going to refer to the distance at which the picture is being taken. And then you've got your angle to consider, and with that, we're going to go over five basic ones: high angle, low angle, over the shoulder, bird's eye, and the Dutch angle or tilt. For the most part, the names are pretty self-explanatory, but let's get into some examples and the details so you can really start getting an idea of what makes them different from each other."

This week, the class was back in the Danger Shop, back on that very snowy mountain, and the teacher was back to the age he was supposed to be as he got things started, and hopefully, they'd actually be able to get to what he'd wanted to do last week.

"Sorry, guys," Gladio greeted them with a grin that wasn't nearly as apologetic as you think it might have been, "no snowball fights today. Or, well, I guess there's nothing stopping you, but today, we're going to talk about what to do if you happen to find yourself in a very cold place and needing a good way to keep yourself not only warm but protected from the elements, and we're going to build a snow shelter. Now, there's two ways we can do this: either all together in one big snow shelter, but," he didn't look at any particular students while he was emphasizing that but, no, how could you, "...everyone's gotta pull their weight. Either that, or you can just set out to make your own personal shelter. This is definitely something that's going to be a lot easier with a team, though, I can tell you that much. But time's limited, so, let's get this started."

Class was not meeting in the Danger Shop today, class was meeting out the front of the school, where Cara looked genuinely cheerful.

"We're actually using a loose definition of punching for this class, more of a with the right attitude anything can be a punch philosophy." Which was really the only kind worth engaging with, really.

"A snowball fight," Jaskier explained with an expressive little hand gesture on the subject. "Which can be quite ruthless depending on your cohorts."

Did he side eye Cara at that? Yes. Definitely.

Cara did not care that she was being side-eyed. Cara was patting a snowball into shape with evident glee. "Think of it as like punching with snow. From a distance. Though it doesn't have to be a great distance." On a completely related note, how far away was Jaskeir standing from her?

Because it wasn't far. So, you know. As an example...

On the bright side, that meant Cara wouldn't have to throw it very hard? "You have five minutes to figure out any strategies, alliances or defensive plans, then it's a free for all. Starting now."

Then she threw the snowball at Jaskier.

It was suspiciously quiet and calm in the library today when Belle arrived. No books causing trouble, no mysterious noises, no anything.

Belle was rather thrown by this and instead of sitting at the desk was walking around the library in search of something amiss. Something had to be, didn't it?
