It was an incredibly fine day for underwater arts and adventures (and what day wasn't, really? Baring perhaps a thunderstorm, what with the whole 'that could actually kill the teacher' of it all), and Sidon was as enthusiastic as every to have everyone gathered there on the beach, ready for their next thrilling event!

"Hello, everyone!" he greeted them eagerly. "I hope you're ready for a spendid and exciting day! Because today, we're hunting for treasure!"

And as the person who'd gone and scattered the treasure into the water himself earlier that day, Sidon was looking terribly proud of this face.

"That's right!" he assured them with a mighty pump of his fist. "We've learned how to swim, we've learned how to dive, and now we can put both of those things together to discover some of the bounty the sea has to offer! Since I'm mostly certain you're all human, with a lung capacity to match, I assure you, most of the treasure will be found within a range suitable to all abilities, from some seashells you might find glowing closer to the shore in the shallows to some impressive chests that are a little bit deeper! Either way, the hunt is on, and let's see what you can find and who can find the most! I don't have anything particular special for the person who does, but you do get bragging rights and everyone gets to keep their spoils!

"Any questions before we begin?"

"You know what I'm angry about?" Nick asked when everyone got to the Danger Shop, which looked like a china shop today. "The daft that apparently we were supposed to have class last week. A holiday. A day of national mourning and barbecues and you were supposed to be in class? I don't think so."

He was just mad in retrospect that he was supposed to have gotten cheated out of sleeping in. Even though he didn't come in. Listen, this was Anger Management for a reason.

"Anyway, today. You ever hear the phrase 'like a bull in a china shop?' Today you are all bulls. You get to smash things, knock down shelves, just destroy the hell out of things. Tell yourself you're doing it for Memorial Day."

It was literally not a big deal, Nick.

"Welcome back." Hannibal nodded to the class. "Today we'll be heading to yet another continent on Earth - Asia. Specifically, to Singapore, an island country off the coast. It is another crossroads of culture, having been settled or a colony for much of its history. These days, there remain many different ethnicities and cultures in the country. We will be visiting Labyrinth, a restaurant begun by chef LG Han to pay tribute to traditional varieties of food as well as new explorations. They also make every attempt to use local and sustainable ingredients."

He led them through the portal and into an airy mall, well-lit by skylights through which the sun was just setting. "The food here is beautiful as well as delicious, so it should be a feast for many senses." He highly approved. "There is a tasting menu, which I recommend. English is one of the national languages, so you should have no problem."

“Sword fights,” Duke said, once the students had gathered. “Totally a classic pirate trope. Especially if you make use of all the fun deck levels.”

"A bit of swashbucklin' never hurt anyone," Edward said merrily. "Well. It's hurt no one worth talking about."

He held out an ornate, curved blade. "Specifically, the cutlass, as it's preferred by my people. Quite a handy thing for a bit of fencing, to the death or otherwise."

“We’ve got some wooden ones for you all to practice with. Ed, you wanna give them some tips?”

"A cutlass ain't no ordinary sword," Edward said, demonstrating a quick cut, a chop, and a parry. "It's lighter and more versatile than your big knightly blades and all that nonsense. Stay on the move when you fight. Move wide, slash quickly, embrace the chaos of it."

Another parrying move.

"Also consider your footwork," he said, as his feet moved nimbly across the room. "As I said, fast an' movin's the word. Practice a bit, then take turns fighting one another. Get a feel for it."

“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee,” Duke said. “Have fun!”
