Standing at the front of the classroom today, a big plastic smile on his face, was a toy. One of those plastic figurines meant to plug into a gaming system, complete with stylish 'starship floor' plastic base and one of those little chip-reader deals underfoot. His lightsaber was forever ignited in his right hand, which was maybe the teensiest bit awkward, but what could you do when that was the way you were built? At least in the video game, it wasn't quite stuck like that. But Kanan Jarrus had a class to teach, and he was going to do it with a grin!

"Happy morning, class! Today, we had a little bit of unfortunate news, didn't we? Our own Dean, a bad toy? Fortunately, that whole thing is behind us now, and hopefully it will serve as a reminder about just how important it is to stay happy and healthy and educational, and so that's what we're going to discuss today! How to stay happy, even on the sad days!" There was a pause, and he smiled that plastic smile. "Me, I like to play with my dog! What could possibly be happier than playing with a good, good boy? And that's why I brought him with me to class today!"

It took a bit of doing, a sort of clunking walk that was reminiscent of the one that the army men troopers had down pat, but Kanan made his way to the classroom door and opened it to let a rainbow plush dog come bounding in. Stance barked, and then made his merry way around the classroom.

"It's hard to be anything but happy when there's a happy dog around!"

Big smile. Big smile. Linger in the doorway.

Big. Smile.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Make like good toys and play!"

Cutthroat Games- Monday- 1st period

The class was outside today, oh boy! There was a giant, colorful bouncy thing set up, and Aeryn was standing in front of the class with her sixteen points of articulation and Kung-fu grip.

"Unfortunately Anakin won't be here today, or anymore, because he was a very bad toy," she announced, cheerfully and creepily. "That's why it's very important to be happy. You don't want what happened to him to happen to you, do you?"

Of course not! She'd turn you in without blinking, too!!

"Today you will be running an obstacle course," Aeryn announced, gesturing to the inflatable course. "There are two lanes, so two people can play at the same time! The one who gets the best time will have had the most fun!"

International Cuisine and Grocery Run

A message was sent to all the students today:

Apparently the portals aren't working, so I won't be able to get there for class today, and if I could, we couldn't go anywhere. Enjoy your free time.

Library, Monday

It was Tip's job to open the Library on Mondays, so of course that was just where she was today. It was her teacher's job to open up a class on Mondays and he hadn't, so Tip was also planning to do her other job and report on him, but first she had books to shelve and library patrons to assist. Surely her fellow classmates would also be doing their jobs and reporting the lack of class, so there was no need for Tip to rush.

Towards the afternoon, she had the great idea to organize a little book display for her fellow Fandomites. Weirdly enough, she couldn't find any that were specifically about being loyal to the Toymaker and thankful for all he had given them, but hopefully her selections would do. And maybe she could write one herself!

. . . No. No, that wasn't her job. Her job was to open the library on Mondays.
