"Nonverbal," she said without looking up from her computer.) "Nonverbal, yes! Nonverbal communication is very important. Maybe you can't hear someone, or you don't speak the same language. Or maybe you're on a stage, or a screen, and the audience is reading into everything you do to figure out what to think about what you say. So. Divide into pairs, and communicate without using your words. One of you has a problem. Something like, you've lost your phone, or you don't know how to get to your hotel. You need help. How do you get your partner to help you without words? You'd better figure it out, because I don't want to hear any more talking starting now."
