Health was taking place in a normal classroom, because everyone here might be used to crazy but Claire was from somewhere (mostly) normal and also she had no idea how to work the Danger Shop. And on a table in the back was an array of supplies. She'd get to that.

"Morning, guys, and welcome to Health. I'm... Ms. Temple, I guess," Claire said, and it was probably pretty obvious that was weird, "and in real life, I'm an ER nurse in New York. But for now I'm here, and giving you guys and education. While we're here, we're going to be learning about some basic first aid, along with some nutrition and mental health and drug education. If there's anything you're not comfortable with, just tell me. You don't have to tell me why. But for now, since it's the first week and I know none of you and I know people here are from different places, I want you to tell me who you are and where you come from, and then we're going to get to an activity."

Sadly for any one in search of eye candy, Face was no longer shirtless or be-glittered this morning.

He did however once more have a display set up for the new kids, complete with books both useful to this planet in general and Fandom in particular.

The students had been handwavily advised to dress comfortably for warm weather and the beach, and come to Portalocity, where they were met by their teachers.

Hannibal was in linen slacks and a lightweight shirt, with a large square bag over his shoulder. He smiled at them. "Welcome; welcome back to some of you. Those of you who don't know us, I am Doctor Hannibal Lecter, and this is my partner, Jono Starsmore. The class is 'Creative Inspirations', by which we mean we will bring you to a number of places and hope that they inspire you to art. You will be graded primarily on attendance - not only showing up, but paying attention to the world around you."

//Just like last semester, we'll be aiming to provide you with a variety of different inspirations, both natural and man-made,// Jono noted, watching the new faces in the class to see how they took to his telepathic voice. He was always a little worried about that, when it came to new students. Hopefully, this batch was fairly unflappable. //Not all of our destinations will necessarily be pleasant, though we'll try not to outright traumatize the lot of you. That said, if our last batch in this class managed to make it through the end of the universe and the meal that went with it, I have faith that you'll all manage just fine.//

Hopefully with less of a hangover.

Don't drink the Gargle Blasters.

//If anything does make you uncomfortable and you need to take a few steps back, please, don't be afraid to talk to us about it. The aim of this class is to inspire you, not to break you.// Jono slanted a glance at Hannibal over that one. //We're both reasonable adults.//

What was that look for, Jono? Hannibal was a perfectly reasonable adult. Edward had been the one who wanted the drink. Besides, he tried not to break people too young if he could avoid it.

"For today," he continued, "we'll be making the most of a bit of sun and beach. We'll be heading to Baia do Sancho in the Fernando de Noronha archipelago of Brazil. We'll do the introductions there, and have a spot of food," he patted the large bag, "and then you can enjoy the sand or go snorkeling or wandering the island, so long as you don't go too far to return in time."

//After we're finished on the beach, we'll make our way back to the school, where you can create something. Anything. Whatever you're inspired to make, be it a painting, a poem, a song… Far be it from us to limit your creativity, after all.//

"We will be there for advice or assistance," Hannibal said. "At the end of the term, we plan on having a show of some of the pieces you're proudest of. We hope your creativity will not be limited to the classroom." He waited a moment for questions, then waved them through the portal.
