"In any conflict between two people, both sides are going to think they're right. Of course. Why else would there be a conflict?" Zayne asked. "As the conflicts get bigger, that still holds true. Either side in a war feels strongly enough that they're going to send armies out to defend that point of view. But when you have a conflict that size and scale back down to the individual soldiers, their reasons for fighting might not be the same as their army's reason. They might not even be that focused on the bigger picture."

The Study Hall was once again stuffed with fruit again today. However something subtle must have happened over the weekend because instead of bananas it was Oranges.

"I'm not going to say it," Jamie repeated to himself. "Nope. Too easy of joke. Not going to say it."

Study Hall is open. Have some citrus!

Romeo looked wry as he took his place at the front of the class. “I’m about to beg your pardon twice,” he warned. “Once for my absence last week, as I was a puma, and once for the topic we’re taking up this week – poems about coping with death. If you’d prefer not to talk about it, I’ll not think less of you should you leave now.”

There was a tray of sandwiches sitting on one of the tables again, one quickly making its way into Ender's hand as he waited for the class to assemble. He smiled a little as they did.

There were different colors and types of paper all over the room when the students arrived for class. Savannah and Angela appeared to be busy continuously folding the papers that they both had in front of them.

Origami,” Savannah addressed them without looking up from her project. “It’s Japanese for ‘paper folding’ and it’s also what we’ll be doing today.” She looked up and then smiled, lifting what appeared to be a blue rose up for the students to see. “I started learning origami a little while ago and find that it’s soothing and it helps me relax when my mind is working on something difficult.”

Angela spread some pieces of paper with instructions out on the desks. “Some of you have probably done a little of this before, but just in case, you can start with something simple, using your base folds. Anything from paper airplanes a cup for your homemade ‘ball and cup’ kind of game. Maybe telling each other’s fortunes or just making thousands of paper cranes.”

“Whatever you decide, have fun with it,” Savannah said with a smile. “There are literally hundreds of things that you could make.”
