Today the Danger Shop was set up as a large ice-covered lake, with a drive-in screen set up at one end.

"Good morning, class," Bond began. "Since it's out last class, I'd thought I'd give you a choice for today. You can slide rocks over a frozen lake at a target, watch a film about sliding rocks over frozen lakes at a target, or if you're feeling ambitious you can attempt both at the same time." He was hoping they'd try the third option.

"Good morning, my little ducklings ♥." Shunsui smiled happily as he passed around the coffee and cocoa drinks and settled in happily around the circle. "Welcome to our very last class ♥. As our last class, things are going to be very simple. We've talked about a few different ways to write, used a few things as inspiration ♥. We haven't had a lot of time to talk about why we write, which some might consider very important. There are many different answers. Some write to send a message, others to change minds or even the world. Some people write because they feel they must, others hope to make a living out of it. Some write because the can, and other write to see if they can.

"But, if you ask me, one of the best reasons to write is simply to be able to tell a story ♥. And so that is what we shall be doing for our final class. Just...tell me and your classmates a story. Any story at all ♥. Who would like to go first ♥?"

Summer decided to set up something special in the Danger Shop for their last class of the summer.

"I thought we could do something a little different today since it's our last class," Summer stated, once everyone showed up. She was dressed in her diving gear, all set to go. The boat she was situated on was in the middle of the ocean, with nothing but water surrounding them for miles.

If the students paid attention to the water, they might see large dark shapes swimming in the water and every once in a while, said dark shapes would surface for a breath of air. "I thought it might be fun to dive with whales today."

It was something Summer had always wanted to do and maybe one day, she'd actually do it. In the meantime, she'd settle for the simulated version. "See them up close, their habits and just have a fun time with this dive. And as always, if you have any questions before we dive, feel free to ask them."

Today, the Tricks, Cons and Bamboozles students had been handwavily told to meet in the Danger Shop, which was set up to mimic an enormous museum, complete with (simulated) guards stationed at the exits and patrons milling about, not to mention the (imitation) priceless art hanging on the walls.

"Welcome to your final exam," Neal said as the students made their way into the room. And was it a trick of the light, or did he look distinctly more excited about today's class than usual?

"This is the Antwerp Royal Museum of Fine Arts. But we're not here to sightsee." Obviously, Neal, because it was a final exam. Though it wasn't too hard to figure out what he was going to be doing while the students were working, was it? "You'll be working in three teams. I'll number you off, and the team to successfully complete the assignment will receive the highest grade."

Quick, everyone hurry to stand two people away from Kenzi. Or not.

"Somewhere in this museum," he continued, "there's a Fouquet painting called 'Virgin and Child.' It's very expensive and has a lot of security, and it spent the morning being cleaned, so it's not currently on display. Your job, as a team, is to figure out where it's being kept, get past security and the various alarm systems, and retrieve it and bring it to the south exit by the end of the class period without being spotted or leaving any prints."

It was a good thing this class period was as long as it was, because he had a feeling it could take a while.

After numbering off the students, he held out a bag of supplies, explaining, "Each team will receive one pair of gloves and a map of the museum. Any questions?"

He grinned. "Go."

The library had many things today -- shelves, books, a card catalog, and presumably its librarian.

It did not have a Rinoa. She had called Belle to offer her apologies, but she was needed elsewhere.

In the meantime, the library was open, even if it was missing an aide.

Unlike last week Gabrielle was in the library for her shift today; she was still exhausted and looking fairly miserable, but she was here and -- when she wasn't working on the newest and hardest to write of her scrolls -- carrying herself about her tasks with a maniacal energy that had a desperate edge to it.

It was therapeutic, in its own way, shelving the returns; at least Gabrielle had the reassurance of knowing that putting something in the proper order was within her power. Small comfort, maybe, but she'd take it.

Today the class was once again in the Danger Room but upon entering the students would see that it was just a normal classroom.

"Hey guys," Columbus said leaning up against his desk and holding up a bunch of test pamphlets. "Take a seat. This is your final exam. If you need a number 2 pencil, I brought extras."
