Today, the class found themselves on large concrete platform over the sea.

"Welcome to the Principality of Sealand," Bond began. "Originally a sea fort six miles off the coast of Suffolk, it is now what's known as a micronation, a territory has which as made a claim of succession but is not recognised as an independent nation state."

Bond continued on for a while explaining the 'long' history of Sealand, as well as that of micronations in general. "Now for the rest of the class, you have the choice of either exploring Sealand for fully, or watching a documentary on the short-lived invasion of Molossia, another micronation."

Farnsworth did not seem to be in a particularly good mood when class started today. True, that was little different from usual, but there did seem to be a little extra surliness in his scowl this afternoon.

"I'm dealing with a broken floozy of a robot right now," he informed the class, "so I didn't have time to put together a lesson for you today. Instead, you're going to write an essay about what you would do if you ran into another parallel universe version of yourself to prevent breaking the time-space continuum. I expect you to use the whole hour. Hope your wrists are feeling limber, but that shouldn't be a problem after last week, you degenerates."

With that, he was going to sit at his desk, fold his arms over his chest, and make sure they wrote.

Rinoa couldn't help but be excited today. There was going to be a class in the library. Only for second period, but it was still fascinating. And so Rinoa spent first period making sure the library was as perfectly neat and organized as she could make it.

It was a little like cleaning your house before company arrived. And it was a good way to burn off nervous energy.

Today, Reno's class had been told to meet in the library for their lesson. And to bring something to write with and a notebook, because they were going to need to actually do, like, research and crap today.

Not in those exact words, really, but what the inflections of what Reno thought often bled into the messages that he passed on regardless.

"Yo, Rookies! Today we're coverin' one of Fandom's finest traditions in time of crisis, zoto. Today, we're goin' to talk about the people who roll up their sleeves an' make their way here when we're faced with somethin' we don't quite understand, because there ain't no place on the island with more information available to us than right here in the library. We can cast spells and punch things in the face and burn barricades all we want, but it's the island's researchers who find out what it is we're up against, and how the hell to get rid of it."

He grinned, leaning back against the Library Aide's desk with his arms crossed over his chest.

"Your mission today is to pick something, any something, that has already hit the island or that you think potentially could, and to find out everything you can about it. Take notes, Rookies. I want you to hand in what you found by the time the period is through. You got everything in the library at your disposal, from books to newspapers to the computers over there, but first person I see who tries to sneak into Special Collections gets detention for life."

What? As much as he loved the idea of going in there after you, he really had better things to do today.

"Rinoa here's been nice enough to agree to help you mooks find what you're lookin' for, so don't be afraid to pester her with questions. Keeps her day interesting, yo."

"The end of the semester is quickly approaching," Cindy said as class began. "Before we go any further, I thought now my be a good time to stop and see if anyone has any questions or would like to go back over any of the topics we've discussed so far."

There were pastries from J,GoB on her desk and a few carafes of coffee from the Perk. "Help yourself to something to eat and drink, and then let's discuss whatever questions you have."

[Lame class, sorry. Babysitting today and forgot my notes. Hold for OCD]

Word was sent around to the club members about the new location today and there was a sign up where they usually met in case anyone missed it. Kyle waited for a good group to gather before he started talking. "Obstacle course," he said, gesturing back at the junk yard. "There are places you'll have to climb, places you'll have to navigate across and down, places you'll have to make good jumps, places you'll have to climb through like tunnels and places where it seems like there's no way out or around. It's all made from materials you'll find in an urban area. Watch out for anything sharp and stay clear of any ships. They're not ours and the pilots I know get jumpy when you go near their stuff. If you get stuck, shout for help. Someone won't be far off."
