Today, the class was meeting near the Preserve. There were several empty backpacks behind him and many moddable supplies over to the side. Fraser himself was dressed lightly for the heat and looked cheerful, as usual.

Dan was a bit late opening up the library today, mostly due to getting caught up on the phone with Jenny. The conversation was centered around his parents and their fighting and the whole thing put Dan in a crappy mood. He picked out some Poe out of the shelves when he got in, figuring it would be appropriate with his mood, and sat down behind the front desk to read.

Arts & Crafts, Period 2, 6-4

"Good morning, everyone," Steve said to the assembled students. "Today, we'll have a theme, and that theme will be...bugs. You can make sneak attack bugs--I claim no responsibility for anything you do with them--or cute for a bug bugs, or bug marks. All the instruction sheets and materials you'll need are available, so get to work." A brief pause, then, "Unless you're terrified of insects, in which case let me know and we'll come up with an alternate project."

When everyone filed in, they saw two large boxes set at the front of the classroom.

Dean was looking more than a little under the weather this morning, sporting a pair of dark shades and a slight pallor. He was also, however, dressed in a priest outfit. ( The two facts had very little to do with each other. )

Class today was in the cafeteria kitchen. Mick had talked the office staff into letting his class handwavily know. When his class arrived, they'd find him standing between two tables. One was covered with a canvas tarp. One was covered with...probably just think of them as objects. ( Some of them were still moving )
