To apply, read the following information, click the link to the application form, fill it out for the character you want to play, and send it off!

NEW INFORMATION AS OF MAY 2010

We have recently made two changes to the application process:

1) There is now a section on the application form titled "Additional Notes/Canonmate Check-Ins" for letting us know if you've contacted the players from your potential new canon who are already in the game, or providing us with any additional information that you think we might need.

2) As of this application period, we're changing the application process for townies who want to teach, teachers who want to become townies, and alumni and ex-pats who want to come back to Fandom. If you're switching positions on-island (townie to teacher, vice versa, etc.), or you're an alumni or ex-pat coming back for just one semester to teach, the only section of the application that you need to fill out is the appropriate section for what you intend to have your character do (the sections marked Teachers Only" or "Townies Only", whichever is appropriate).

If you have an alumni or ex-pat character that you would like to bring back to Fandom on a permanent basis, to teach or to be a townie, you need to fill out the full application again. We no longer require characters to have gone through significant, life-altering events in order to return to Fandom, but we do need to know what's happened to them in the time they've been gone.

Any questions about either of these changes can be left in the comments!

Application Form
You only need to fill out the parts that are relevant to the type of character you are applying for (ie: if you're a student applicant, don't fill in the stuff marked 'Townies Only').

If you don't get a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, please email us.

Here at Fandom High we have a soft character cap of 10 characters per fandom. (Characters who have graduated or otherwise moved away from the island are not counted towards this.) There are currently no fandoms at full capacity, so feel free to apply for characters from whatever fandom you choose. You can check on your prospective fandom's character count by checking out the character roster on fandomhigh.net (linked above).

Applications close Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 11:59pm Pacific. The next application session for students and teachers after this will be in August.

Got a question? We're here to answer it!

Jono was having another one of those days. One of those 'I hate the entire bloody world and I'm going to take it out on my immediate surroundings by glaring at the walls' days. Which was his right, damn it, and there wasn't anyone in the universe who could take that away from him.

The walls would probably disagree. If he glowered at them any harder, they'd probably light on fire or something. And with Jono, this was always a possibility.

But he'd be happy to help you with all of your library needs!
