APPLICATIONS FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS FOR SUMMER 2009 (SESSION TWO)
Sunday, May 31st, 2009 12:00 amTo apply, read the following information, click the link to the application form, fill it out for the character you want to play, and send it off!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
As usual, we're going to have a period marked for early applications. If a player's application falls into one of the following categories:
a) Student applications where the player does not have a current student, or where the player's only student is leaving at the end of the summer
b) Teacher applications where the player has not previously had a teacher
c) Applications from new players to the game
and the application is submitted between May 31st and June 10th, we will consider it and, if there are any issues with it, will go back to the player once the application period has ended (June 21st) to give them a chance to make changes. Players in this situation will have five days to make any changes and re-submit their application.
( The basics you need to know. )
( What's needed to apply. )
( What happens once you've applied: )
Important note about the beginning of the semester!
Due to the July 4th holiday, the shuttle for new students will be posted on Thursday, July 2nd and this semester's picnic will be Friday, July 3rd.
( Notes for Current Players. )
( Notes for New Players. )
Application Form
You only need to fill out the parts that are relevant to the type of character you are applying for (ie: if you're a student applicant, don't fill in the stuff marked 'Townies Only').
If you don't get a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, please email us.
Here at Fandom High we have a soft character cap of 10 characters per fandom. (Characters who have graduated or otherwise moved away from the island are not counted towards this.) There are currently no fandoms at full capacity, so feel free to apply for characters from whatever fandom you choose. You can check on your prospective fandom's character count by checking out the character roster on fandomhigh.net (linked above).
Applications close Sunday, June 21st, 2009. E-mail administration@fandomhigh.net with any questions and we'll try to respond promptly.
The next application session for students and teachers after this will be in August. Townie applications are always open.
Got a question? We're here to answer it!
