Basketball- 6th Period- Class #4

"Hi, guys!" Lily greeted the class, and waved towards the table she'd set up, full of bowls of fruit and granola bars and little cartons of milk. "I brought snacks. They're all nutritious, I swear." That was probably something to do with talking to Daisy. "So today we're going to do something a little different. Today you can work on your layups. Have fun!"

Ignore that Lily hadn't told them what layups were. Maybe because she didn't actually know.

Riggins wasn't going to complain about snacks, even if they were healthy. Hell, he might just skip the basketball and eat.

Healthy snacks were something Hannibal was steadfastly against but he grabbed one anyway. He could use it as his good deed for the week.

Adora was fond of healthy snacks in moderation and selected a granola bar for when she was hungry later.

Part of her feared Yakko's reaction to snack time.

When Yakko was sure nobody was looking (well, people may have been looking, but he was pretending that they weren't), he grabbed a bottle of chocolate syrup and poured it on some of the snacks.

He then took a chocolate-covered orange.

Layups were an easy assignment. Hannibal grabbed a ball and started laying it up.

Adora was learning about this basketball sport and proudly stood in one spot and made layup after layup, the ball smacking the backboard and going into the basket and falling back to her arms over and over again.

It was sort of boring, actually.

Yakko was doing layups.

Which is to say that he was casually throwing the ball towards the basket while laying back in a beach chair. He didn't make a single shot, but every time it bounced off the backboard, the ball came right back to him.
