Mac was surprisingly bright and awake when she opened the library, even without any coffee. For the moment she was just glad to be here and not a small animal, and here and there not to be an invasion going on. It made a change from the last few weeks.

She was around, and had plenty of books to keep her entertained.

Not that she was reading them, more like stacking them... But still.
