Thursday arrived early Saturday morning to open up the library for the guests visiting this weekend. There were book displays out for those who wanted to browse. There was a librarian behind the lending services desk for those who wanted to chat. There were also plenty of places to hide out if people were looking for somewhere to do that.

There definitely wasn't a Cheshire Cat poking his head in to see what was going on, nor was there a medieval knight in full armour trying to knock the Special Collections door down from the inside. No, not at all.
