Karal was quite happy this morning as he opened the library.

The island was full of people worrying about the imminent arrivals, and he wasn't. It was nice to be the one without something to worry about for a change.

Later in the day, he might be looking back on this and headdesking, but for now he would just continue on in blissful ignorance.
