Health Education, Wednesday, Second Period
Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 06:51 am"Let's talk about sleep," Don declared. "Sleep is so important to your overall health, as is getting good sleep. Most people need about eight hours a night, and it's important to have a consistent sleep schedule, with a regular bedtime and wake up time." Don was two people. Don had spent ten years in the void. Don did not have anything like a consistent sleep schedule. But hey, do as I say, not as I do, right? "If you're drinking too much caffeine, it can impact your sleep schedule." See also: do as I say. "If you're having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, you can try things to improve your environment, like making it darker or eliminating artificial light sources before bed. That means no scrolling on Vine or whatever it is you kids use these days," he joked. "If you don't get enough sleep, it can really impact your overall mental and physical health. How would you rate your sleep health, and what can you think of that you could do to improve it? Let's brainstorm a little bit. Or you can use this time to take a nap. I won't judge."
