Some days it was just good to get to work not just on time but several minutes early, especially when you were still a new employee. No real reason for Arden, pinnacle of punctuality, to think of that while she shelved the last of the books the researchers had been using last week, but who could explain where people's thoughts wandered to sometimes.

Anyway, it was a fairly quiet day for all that she'd worked an entire shift, and she was glad to get a chance to explore the library a bit more when there wasn't an emergency happening. And, hmm...she was suddenly in the mood for ice cream.
