Having been exposed to Fandom weirdness long enough, Prompto spent far too much time debating whether or not to actually eat any of the marzipan fruit that had fallen into his hair on the way over here, but, really? Honestly? Free snacks, man, like he could look at that adorable little pear and not just pop it into his mouth?

But anyway...fruit would be forgotten for a moment, as there was now a class to be had!

"Hey, everyone," he said, nodding his greeting to the class, "last week we talked about photojournalism, so if you managed to put together some kind of story through photographs, we'll take some time at the beginning of class to show those off, before we can into a story about photography and a well-known Earth photography with a documentary. Figured we'd take it a little easy and also learn about some of the history of the art and some of the big figures in it, you know? And if we've got anything we want to discuss about it afterwards, we can do that, too. So, without further ado, who has some pictures to show off, or should we just get right into the film?"

“We’re going to keep it simple this week,” Atton said, standing in front of two blackboards with a marker in hand. “One of the biggest questions moral philosophers argue about is how hewn in stone good and evil really are.”

He wrote ‘absolutism’ on one of the two blackboards. “One team says that ‘good’ and ‘evil’ are very specific things you can easily define. Stealing? Always wrong. Stealing for funsies? Wrong. Stealing if your entire family is starving? Still wrong.” He tapped the blackboard. “A lot of religions are into this one.”

He turned to the other blackboard and wrote down ‘relativism’. “The other branch says that ‘good’ and ‘evil’ depends entirely on culture and circumstance. It’s flexible, and what might be evil in one case could be good in another.” He turned back towards the class. “And then there’s ‘universalism’, which tries to say that there’s some flexibility, but the basics stay the basics.”

"In other words, they want to have it both ways," Lana said. "Or they're just indecisive. Who decides what these 'basics' are? I got sentenced to death for something I ordinarily would be lauded for, even in my own culture. Anyone who thinks people don't use these however they advantage them is incredibly naive." Someone was salty.

"Archaeology is an academic discipline," Aphra declared over Isabela casual greeting. "And that means than even dashing rogue archaeologist like myself are held to strict academic standards. Like plagiarism being bad."

Never mind that time she'd massaged a ground breaking discovery into existence, that was a completely different situation that was really Sava Toob-Nix's fault, and even then, she'd still never plagiarised.

"So today we're going to discuss what plagiarism actually is and why you should never do it."

"She's been like this all weekend," Isabela told the class. "Just roll with it."
