So the walk over to the school had been...interesting, and the usual morning jog around the island had been...markedly different than usual, and Prompto's sense of unease about the whole thing wasn't getting much better. But it did have him coming into the classroom with a thoughtful consternation and a shake of his head, and maybe a significant damper on his usual cheerfulness.

"Hey, everyone," he said, with a nod, "welcome back, I hope those of you who got a chance to hit up the school trip had a good time, and, obviously, for our photo share today, we're going to give you the chance to show off some of the pics you may have gotten in New Zealand, and then, well....I figured today seemed like a pretty good day to talk about commercial photography, given the current state of our landscape, and well..."

But then he stopped, shaking his head. "At least you'll have a lot of opportunities to really focus in on brands and logos this week, it looks like. But let's get into that in a moment, and freshen up our photographic palettes a little with some landscapes from last week, and then we'll get into the tips and tricks for this kind of photography."

The first person to enter the Danger Shop today would find themselves escorted to the wall, which they’d be facing for at least a few minutes. The next one after that would be directed to sit on the floor on one side, while the next few students had to sit on the other.

And then the program flipped on, surrounding them in what looked like an old cartoon. Green hills as far as the eye could see, a comically blue sky, and– train tracks. One on one side, one on the other. By the wall sat a switch.

A train honked loudly in the distance.

“The trolley problem is probably the most famous and most chewed-out moral problem in the multiverse,” Atton said brightly. “It poses a very utilitarian question: if a train is going to hit three people, and you have the power to throw the switch and send it in the other direction so it hits one person instead, should you throw the switch?”

Lana beamed at the person facing the wall. "You can choose to flip the switch or not. You can't do anything else. Now, if you do flip the switch, you've actively chosen to kill someone. If you don't, perhaps you'll have the moral superiority of not choosing to kill someone, but you've also passively chosen to allow three others to die.

"So, is active intent versus passive important?" she asked. "Is it purely a numbers game, whether you kill or save more people? Does it matter which people are on which side? You don't have much time to decide."

Well, Aphra and Isabela looked slightly more prepared than last week, with the Danger Shop having them on the steps of a very prestigious looking museum.

"It's time for a very important talk about archaeology and ethics!" Where you feeling okay, Chelli? "Because there are some doozies. Like repatriations."

"Which is what happens when the people whose stuff you took would like it back." Thank you for condensing down that extremely complicated and thorny issue for the class, Isabela.

"Now, some places will recognise that it can be kind of dodgy to try and keep valuable cultural artefacts that were obtained under less than ethical means, and will give 'em back." Very few of them in Aphra's experience. "Others no so much, which is where we come in."

"Which means it's time for a heist!"

"For the greater good and all that."
