"Today," Rosa, as usual, wasted no time in getting the part where she actually had to talk and directly interact with her students out of the way, once enough of them were gathered at their usual spot on the beach, "we're going back to that whole 'eight limbs of yoga' thing I briefly mentioned last week, when we talked about Pranayama, or the focus on one's breathing while doing yoga. Another limb is Pratyahara, which deal a lot with the focus of the mind."

Be very proud of her, everyone, that she didn't immediately make a joke about how difficult or easy this may be for some of you, based on how unimpressive some of the minds of the class might be.

"With Pratyahara," Rosa continued, "we make the conscious effort to draw our awareness away from the external world and outside stimuli. Aware of our senses but detached from them, we turn our attention inward. This is probably the one most people have the most trouble with."

Not Rosa. At all. It was honestly her favorite part of yoga, not having to deal with any external bullshit, but, then again, she didn't exactly consider herself most people, either.

"So today we're going to go over a few asanas that should help encourage better Pranayama. They're going to seem simple, maybe even pointless, but the whole idea is that it isn't what you're doing out here," her hands swept around her shoulders a little to indicate the physical self, "but what's going on in here." Finger pointed to her head.

Which she was sure that, for some of them, was a pretty disturbing place. Or a completely empty one.Let's find out, shall we??

"Welcome back, everyone," Ignis greeted the class with a nod as they gathered back at their usual spot, with a campfire already going, and a few chairs and stumps around it for them to get use out of once they started with the lesson. "I hope you've all brought a bit of a sweet tooth with you this morning, because today, we'll be focusing on something considered a bit more fun than the usual fare, but considered quite the staple. After all, while sometimes the reason one is attempting to make do out in the wilderness can be rather serious and heavy, and bit of frivolity at the end of the day can help boost morale and even contribute to camaraderie among the camp. Few things bring people together quite like food does.

"For those of you who might not be familiar with the concept of the s'more," he continued, "it is a classic campfire treat that is simple and easy enough for almost the most inexperienced of cooks."

And yes, he was prepared for at least one student to prove him wrong in that respect. He pretty much had his phone prepped and ready with the fire department's number at all times.

"The classic s'more," he said, pulling an actual retractable toasting fork from his front pocket and extending it out as he reached into a bag of marshmallows standing by in a precise and easy to relocate position, "is simple: you roast a marshmallow or two," he plucked the marshmallows onto the prongs and then held it into the fire, "being careful not to burn them too much, ideally to a nice golden brown without any significant char..." He paused a moment, his attention now honing in on little things like how long it had been in there, the heat from the fire, listening for the subtle sound of sugar as it burns as well as its inviting aroma, as well, until he lifted them out of the fire with a confidence that they were, of course, perfectly roasted, "and then you simply put the marshmallow between two pieces of graham cracker with a little bit of chocolate," which of course he had on the ready so all he had to do was pick that up and slip the marshmallows into the little treat as he removed them from the fork, "and voila. You have a s'more.

"Now, I also have a recipe for a good s'mores bars if you wanted something a little more structured and utensil-friendly, and to compliment our sweet smorgasbord so far, a little red wine hot chocolate, perfect for those chillier nights at camp, although, considering the current weather, seems a little far removed from our experience thus far.

"So, with that, let us move on to our recipes..."

The Tony!Pony was in a pony-sized clear hamster ball, looking decidedly grumpy about it. "I am not giving you another bath when you wander through the paintball line of fire," Steve was explaining as the participants arrived.

"Hey," he said, smiling. "Tony's still a pony, but fortunately we have these giant plastic balls from last year, so everyone can join him in their own balls. You might be wondering how that works for paintball, but don't worry. I've put a bunch of paint buckets all over the course. If you hit one--or make someone else hit one--and drop the paint on their ball, they're eliminated."

His smile widened. "It'll be fun!"

Well, if you signed up for paintball, you already knew Steve's idea of fun.

The lava class had been very colorful and very glittery and Belle herself remained somewhat glittery after a quick shower.

It shouldn't have been surprising that the library was also extremely colorful today though Belle wished there were a bit less glitter here. It was going to be embedded in the books for ages!

There were books arranged in rainbow order and tiny multi-colored flags stuck to so many surfaces in the library. Belle was perusing some of the rainbow piles and wondering if she could find a list explaining all of the flags somewhere.

The Danger Shop looked like a drunken unicorn had gone on a psychedelic rampage. Everything (including the jello) was an almost eye searing rainbow and there was a thick layer of (edible) glitter everywhere, including in the jello.

"It's meant to look like this," Cara lied blandly.
