"So." Back in the gym for class this week, and Gladio had that faint grin on his face that suggested he understood that today's topic might not be the coolest, but, as a someone with a good deal of troll in his blood, it was practically necessary, and, if anything, it should be at least amusing to get to see a guy like him about to teach this lesson. "If I'm not mistaken, tonight's your guys' prom, and if there's anything I've come to understand about proms, it's that it's mostly about dressing up, looking nice, having fun with your friends, and, most of all, dancing.

"Now, there's a lot of types of dance, and a lot of them are really good for physical activity. We don't have a whole lot of time to go into a lot of them today, there could be whole classes on most of them, and I'm definitely not going to subject you to the kind of courtly dancing I had to be subjected to when I was around your age. What we're going to do today is a couple of different line dances: choreographed dances that have specific steps that are easy to remember to do in a group setting. We'll do a little stretching, go over some of the steps, and then we'll put it into action with some practice until you guys are practically experts. And," he snorted, "maybe you guys can even bust it out at the dance tonight and I'll give you either some extra credit or a free period instead of an exam next week.

"But stretching first," he said with a nod. "Warm-ups are important."

“Last week we took a look at habitats,” Cutter began that week’s class, “this week we’re going to look at ecosystems,” he said as he handed out his usual stack of notes for the class, “An ecosystem includes all living things, plants and animals and organisms in a particular environment and how they interact with each other,” he explained, “this also includes their interactions with non living environments such as weather, earth, sun, soil climate and atmosphere,”

“There are eight main ecosystems,” he continued, “these are temperate forests that exist in the Eastern United States and most of Europe, these include hardwood trees that lose their leaves in Autumn, temperate forests are also home to animals including racoons, deers and salamanders. Tropical rain forests include Central and South American jungles and includes many species, characteristics of these include tall, tense trees where dense vegetation blocks out the sunlight on the forest floor and most plants are evergreen,” he explained, “Then we have desert ecosystems where annual rainfall ranges from zero to 10 inches and includes plants such as cacti, sagebrush and mesquite and animals tend to burrow to escape the dessert heat and search for food after dark.”

“Next we have grasslands which is where grasses and herbs tend to be found more readily than forests, the grass provides food but doesn’t offer much protection from animals from predators, then we have the Taiga which is found in northern circumpolar forested regions characterized by long winters and moderate to high annual precipitation,”

“The last ecosystems we have to cover are the Tundra, which is where trees grow little or not at all due to the extreme latitudes and has a short growing season that produces little, The Chaparral is a coastal biome found in California and consists of plants that are mostly oak, grapes, olives and figs and eucalyptus, the plants here are usually dormant in the dry summer but thrive in the wet winter and finally the last ecosystem left to cover is the ocean and the ocean has more saltwater than fresh water and starts with plants and plankton and works it way up smaller fish and crustaceans to whales and dolphins,”

Goose had definitely forgotten about class this week in the wake of his 21st birthday celebrations so he decided that they were going to have a movie day today.

“We’re going to watch a movie today,” he said about sheepishly as he started the class, “it’s about an astronaut who gets stranded on mars and he has to find a way to survive,”

He was pretty sure he had shown this movie before in one of his classes but he figured it wouldn’t hurt to show it again.

When Jo turned up for her shift at the library that day, she noticed that there were no rabbits around and she was a little disappointed at first because they had been rather cute but the library seemed rather quiet instead, which she was a little suspicious about but nothing seemed out of place so her morning was fairly uneventful as she busied herself with putting away the books she needed to reshelve.

The various sets and costumes that the class had managed to cobble together over the past few weeks were all set up around the auditorium. But that probably wasn't anything to worry about.

"Yes, yes we know you're more excited about prom, but today? Today is for the stage!" Oh God, he was ramped up, wasn't he?

"Your final performance is coming up soon." No need to sound so cheerful, Cara. "Which means it's time for a dress rehearsal."

Again... there still had not been a script.

"Oh, I'm so excited to see what you have for us," Jaskier said brightly.

Cara just grinned. Bad Cara.
