"Right, so," Prompto shook his head a little as class got started, "I don' tknow how this snuck up on me like this--"

Maybe it had something to do with, you know, the whole new baby kind of taking over his life thing? That, and someone was really bad about keeping track of the calendar beyond the week in front of them?

"--but next week is pretty much our last week already! Time flies, right? So that means we've got a pretty easy one today. We're pretty much going to go over your photo journalism assignment from last week, see what kind of story you were able to create through your pictures, and then? That's kind of it! Well, not really. Then, it's prep for next week. Final project time! Obviously, what you bring to class next week has got to focus around photos, but everything after that is up to you. I wanna keep it really open-ended, I want you to really shine where you're comfortable most with photography, you know? Want to just make a collage of some of your favorite pics from the semester? That works! Maybe a little biographical journey? A presentation of some of your favorite things? A very elaborate advertisement to sell us something? I want you guys to just kind of express yourself and what you learned this semester in these projects, so it's anything goes! Err...as long as it's school appropriate, of course."

Like he was going to have that issue with these students.

"But we can spend some time after these presentations to sort of hash out any details or ask any questions if you have them. And then you're free to get started.

"But before we get to that....photo journalism. Who's got something ready and would like to go first?"

You had two teachers who were teacher-shaped today, so there was that going for you, and they were already snacking on half-priced Easter candy, so there was another win.

"Today we're making pinatas!" Steve said excitedly.

They hadn't been inspired by a streaming service's contest, how dare you.

"We did paper mache and now this is just a logical extension of that," Tony said. "With candy as the reward."

Weren't you glad to be in this class?

Steve nodded. "Because art can be playful and fun," he said. "We've got cardboard, paper, stuff to make frames out of, all the good stuff. Make a pinata that reminds you of Fandom: a gremlin, a teal deer--" a giant whackable Dean Skywalker face, whatever, "--even the castle if you're feeling ambitious."

"Use your imagination and do whatever you can think of," Tony added.

Maybe not the moose. He was surly.

"Um." Jon was a bit out of it today, but at least he knew it? "There was...tea has been important. Very important. For a long time. So...so I found a movie about it. About Japan. A while ago."

He fumbled with the equipment, then turned it on.

Hopefully he'd been together enough to grab the subtitled version.
