Due to the nature of today's lesson, the class was moving from the usual classroom into the danger shop, not because they were doing anything particularly dangerous (although there were always some who seemed to turn nearly every activity into something rife with danger), but just because it required a lot of little details not afforded to them by the classroom that could just be programmed up withthe danger shop.

In the form of your basic, average, more-than-likely suburbanite home.

"Today," Ignis explained, "we're going to be talking about some of the finer details of the general maintenence of a home to keep everything in working order and running smoothly and will help be preventative to avoid further, bigger problems down the road. Things that one might not naturally think of until it's an issue, from checking your smoke detectors to changing or cleaning various filters for furnaces, stoves, dishwaters, what have you. Some of this involves taking a day to dedicate yourself to deep cleaning some things, other involve checking how well something is functioning. I have, of course, an exhaustive list that I will be passing out to you all now so you each have a copy, we'll go through it together, and then we'll be using the rest of the class for you to pick and choose a few of them to pursue around our makeshift home here.

"Of course, feel free to ask any questions as we go along, but, without further ado, let's have a look at where we might get started. All at once, it might seem a little overwhelming and a lot, but if we break it down and spread it out, maintaining a home will hopefully seem a little less daunting, especially in cohesion with everything else we've covered in this class thus far."

The nice thing about a school like Fandom High was that, if you wanted to do an obstacle course for your class, there were already plenty of options available in the Danger Shop database. Still, due to the….varied nature…of the abilities of this particular class, Dwight and Gladio wanted to pick something that would be challenging enough for the more athletically inclined kids without being too daunting for those that were a little less so.

It was still going to skew heavily toward the former rather than the latter, though.

In Dwight's mind this was the sort of thing that worked well for a class as varied and unique as this one. Obstacle courses were great for those who wanted to make it about speed and agility as they worked through the course and also for those who were more focused on simply figuring out the tricks for getting through each obstacle set. So really, it was a great choice for this, their next to last class for the semester.

Would they come to regret this choice? Maybe, but they had all managed to survive the class so far relatively unscathed. So odds were in their favor right?

In any case, a Ninja Warrior-esque obstacle course was set up in front of them that morning.

"I don't think," Gladio offered, with a grin, "we need to go too into detail on what you guys are doing today. We'll take a few moment to warm up, and then we'll get right to it, to the best of your ability. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns, otherwise…get stretching, and then let's get going."

"Today we're going to work on wire work," Anakin announced.

Would this result in teenagers being flung at the ceiling? Most definitely. "It's very important for using when you need actors to fly and do really cool stunts and other things integral to the theater experience."

At least to the theater experience Anakin liked. He wasn't a huge fan of the "stand around and complain about adult issues with no music" genre.

"Get into these harnesses and we'll get started."

This was why the school carried so much insurance. This right here.

Jo wasn’t sure what she was expecting when she turned up for her shift at the library after her classes were finished for the day but it wasn’t to find a lot of bunnies hopping around the library.

“Huh?” she blinked as she tried to not step on any as she made her way over to the desk, “well this is rather different,”

It didn’t look like she was going to get to reshelving today since the bunnies were everywhere and made it rather difficult to move about so she decided to try and focus on reading instead, even though she was finding that the bunnies were proving to be more interesting than the book she was reading.
