And so here they were again. Prompto had briefly thought about trying to prevent this, from trying to explain to Gladio and Ignis that it wasn't really Friday, they'd already taught this class twice now, but he knew from yesterday that they wouldn't be convinced and he was outnumbered anyway, so why even go through the trouble? Gladio barely even hollered at him before he acquiesced and they marched through the marshmallow snow for the third time to teach a class about chocobos again, to the point where Prompto thought he might actually be getting sick of them.

No, no, that was a lie. He could never actually get sick of chocobos, and, in fact, that was the one thing about this that seemed to be making it tolerable.

"Alright, everyone!" said Gladio, raising his voice over them as they gathered on that nice, sunny day on the chocobo farm in case some of them were already getting distracted by the chocobos waiting in their pens, just like he had the day before. "It's our last class, and it's definitely been...an interesting one, but we hope you at least had fun and maybe even learned something."

"Even if," Prompto dutifully added with a sigh, "what you learned was just that chocobos are...great..."

"And as such," Ignis continued, with perhaps a small, worried from at Prompto and his lack of enthusiasm, but he continued all the same, "as your final assignment, we'd like you to go ahead and compose an essay along those lines. Namely, what you have come to feel makes a person a..." He hesitated with a faint sigh, still not quite convinced that this should ever be a word uttered out of anyone's mouth ever, "chocobro."

"That's right, guys," Gladio's tone was almost apologetic. "We're having you do a final assignment, an essay on What It Means to Be a Chocobro, but, after that, youv'e got the rest of the class period to just enjoy yourself, hang out with the chocobos, we've got some obstacle and racing courses just down the way there. So when you're done with the essay, the farm is all yours. Any questions before we begin?"

Yes Jo remembered everything that had happened and after trying in vain for another attempt to get home, she figured since it was Friday that she would just go into the library and be around in case anyone needed her help to figure out what was causing this.

She thought she may as well be useful in doing something instead of worrying about how she was going to get home, what would her dad have thought about her not showing up?
