It was the week after graduation, which meant that Tip was pretty sure no one was going to come to the library today. Not that it was ever super busy any other week, but today was likely to be extra slow.

Which might explain why the books were throwing a pool party. Complete with several sun-themed tomes providing bright, cheery, omnidirectional sunlight, ready to blind anyone who had actual eyes.

And she didn't even want to know where they'd gotten the kiddie pool from.

So Tip was playing lifeguard today. Any book looked like it was going to try to actually swim, and she was poised to swoop in and stop it. And in the meantime, she was looking up how to repair books that drowned.
