The books today were...animate. Scrambling around and hiding, jumping out to try to scare each other. Somehow they'd found spiderwebs and were trailing them all over, too. After a while, Lana gave up and just sat behind the desk watching. A few of the books came up and opened themselves at her, determined to teach her about Halloween.

"Well, at least that's helpful. Thank you."
