So, working in the library during a break week after graduation was weird. Peridot was deciding that right there and then. The books were quietly behaving themselves, the internet was... uncooperative... and she already knew full well that she couldn't expect a visit from Summer as a pleasant distraction from the quiet.

Sighing, Peridot set to work, trying to see if there was some way she could boost the connection. It probably wouldn't end in her dismantling the coffee maker for parts.

Probably.
